Let me preface this by saying I’m usually patient — but 45 minutes for three drinks in a mobile pickup stall is beyond ridiculous. When I arrived, there was one car waiting. That car eventually left after being ignored long enough to question their life choices. I stayed because I’d already paid — my mistake.

After sitting there nearly an hour, I drove through the drive-thru out of desperation. The manager told me I ‘needed to wait in the mobile stall,’ to which I politely (and firmly) replied that I had been — for 45 minutes. After a few more minutes of chaos behind the window, I finally got my drink. Except it came with a free extra — a fly. Stuck to the lid. Wings. Legs. The whole thing.

If you’re the owner of this location, please do better. This isn’t an isolated issue — this Sonic is chronically slow, careless, and clearly struggling with basic cleanliness. Read your own reviews; they’re practically a public health warning at this point.

Frankly, one star feels generous. Someone should really send the health department by to see what other surprises are hiding in those cups. Because if a fly made it into my drink, I can only imagine what didn’t.

Came to this location several times ant there is always an issue with the food.
Cold sides, wring add ins in drinks, wrong modifications on food.
Today I ordered a supersonic burrito. No jalapeños, crispy tots and a iced coffee with caramel and vanilla.
Surprise, the tots were great!
But the burrito was riddled with jalapeños and the coffee….. I dont even know what was put in it but it wasnt caramel or vanilla. Tasted like burnt mocha and grape? Sent it back for a sprite.
I know it doesnt matter that I wont be back or that im even leaving this review, but just hoping someone else sees this and maybe doesnt use this place for their cheat day like I did. makes cheat day not even worth to have

I’ve been here for half an hour waiting on an order. I beat on the door to no avail. I finally get an employee who tells me they only have two workers. I keep waiting. Finally get my bag and start driving home, is not my order, just the right receipt. I go back and get told that their buns are frozen so I can’t have the bogo coneys and they can’t refund an online purchase, nor do they know how I can do that myself. This is insane. Hire the help or close your store.

I ordered at 8:08 and received my food after 8:30. It ordered a plain burger and it came with tomato, mayo, and onions. I ordered mozzarella sticks, and I got the cheese jalapeño poppers. There was only one person working when I pulled up and he was apologetic. It wasn’t his fault, I think they were understaffed.

Sat at the drive thru window for 10+ minutes (genuinely, not being dramatic or exaggerating) and there wasnt even a line. Literally no other cars in the drive thru or stalls. I pulled up to the window to try to get someone’s attention and nothing.

Terrible!!! The workers there were exhaustingly slow, didn’t get the order right, and the items were thrown in the bag. Also, the burger was incredibly greasy and gross, like they hadn’t cleaned their flattop in months. I don’t see this place lasting long at all. Shame— it used to be a little decent.

I don’t give out many 1 stars but this staff truly doesn’t care about anything. Can’t get an answer half the time at the drive in, or the drive thru for that matter. Ordered the promotional pub pretzel bacon burger tonight guess what I got? A plain double. Asked for ketchup, was told it’s in the bag that’s stapled shut, well it wasn’t there. Just a lack of caring at this location. Sad. I like Sonic when they actually do their job.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. Employees are slow, inconsiderate, lazy. They never make the food or shakes right. Idk how you can mess up on a simple drink. I’ve tried giving them 5 chances before making this review. My client always wants to come here too and they mess up the order everytime.
