I have ordered the same dish every single time, the chicken ranch nachos. The cheese was not what it normally was for ages before, and the chips tasted off and somehow Smokey? The next huge thing that went wrong here was our waitress slammed the nachos on the table, and because they were basically off the plate it got on my sweatshirt. Overall, this location is not representative of the whole brand.

Food was good, atmosphere is a bit noisy but to be expected as they have a bar and TV’s all over the restaurant. But, we had a waitress in training and not once did she smile or interact with us. I’ve noticed that this new generation of workers does not interact or even give eye contact with the public, let alone even greet with a hello, sometimes. This was all the case with this waitress in training. If these workers that deal with the public expect a tip, they will have to at least do the minimum of greet with a hello, some eye contact, and at least a smile. And that’s a basic tip of 10% from me. You get more if you put in more.

Eric was literally amazing ! Very good spirit you can tell he actually enjoys his job . And he smelled amazing which is a plus. Me and my daughter dined in and were seated right away . Haven’t been to Chili’s and years and tried the triple dipper for the first time and it was amazing . Drinks was also strong . Manger checked on us too. I will absolutely come back to this location

We went here at 3:30 p m on Veterans day ( a tuesday. )The first thing I noticed was, It was really hopping inside. But everything was running smoothly. We were seated immediately and our server came promptly for a drink order. Her name was Aqua and she turned out to be the best one we’ve had anywhere in recent memory. She clearly enjoys her job. We used our points for a free order of chips and salsa. I chose the Old Timer cheeseburger from the limited free menu for veterans. The choices were the Quesadilla , Crispy chicken strips, the Old Timer cheeseburger and Soup and salad meal.
I was real happy with my choice. It was delicious. Everything was fresh and hot. We’ve been here through the years past. “Meh” at best, would sum up the total of those visits. New management has clearly taken charge and and they have it running on all cylinders. Great work and great time !

I have ordered from this location multiple times. Each time something isn’t right or I’m missing things. The food quality isn’t consistant either. I was supposed to get a refund for a missing meal and I never got it. Done trying with this place.

Food was cold, buns were rock hard on sandwiches. The manager was rude or just very unfriendly

The food was desent for a food chain. We had a party of 5 and our waiter was awesome and he checked on us regularly.
But the staff serving the food wasn’t as pleasant. My daughter didn’t care for the Cajun pasta. She said it had a funny flavor. I had the trio fajitas the chicken didn’t seem seasoned. But, I still ate it ♀️ lol
And it seemed like a lack in management.
I’m not sure if I’d go back to this Chilli’s again. Maybe a different location.

We had an AMAZING experience!! Eric was extremely pleasant, attentive and accommodating!! You can tell he truly loves his job I couldn’t say enough amazing things about him to his manager!! I will be coming back just to experience Eric’s customer service again!!

We had fantastic service here! Food came out quickly and they even gave us extra chips and salsa in case of a possible delay which we did not experience. Food was also great. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
