I came in today with my wife and brother in law. Usually we have a good time but today’s service was awful. It was after lunch hours and we came in and I’d say there were a few people at the bar and just a few tables used. Both my other parties got only drums and I got the traditional bone in. I always get the traditional because it’s a mixture of both. I like flats more but still like a few drums. We got a side of friend pickles and a side of tots. The food took forever to come out longer than normal and then when it did the cook game me all drums after I asked for the traditional. It seemed like they gave me all the drums that were from my two other people in my group. Absolutely not alright to do. They forgot our side tots and the lady that took our order was too busy talking at the bar then checking in with her few guests. After we were half way done with our meal she finally came around and we told her she forgot our side and she asked if we still wanted them? I mean yeah we ordered it so I’d think we would??? Then cane around and only brought back 2 refills not mine.

I was craving some wings and stopped in to get some. I got 20 plain wings with sauces on the side (Spicy Garlic, and Jumping Jalapeno).

Service was slow and bad waited 15 minutes for a Tito’s lemonade only 2 other tables
Ordered nachos and waited 15 minutes for barely and toppings and non melted cheese
Had them remade and same thing no toppings and non melted cheese.
Waitress was training and thought that was an acceptable thing to show a server in training we regret not walking out earlier

We walked in and waited over 15 minutes to be seen. Also there was a group of guys that came in after us and they sat right behind us, so she ended up taking there orders and there drinks first after I had asked her that we were here first and she pointed her finger at me! Which she stated to say hold on! So rude I had NEVER had any server talk to me like that! So disrespectful we ended up leaving i will be calling the store tomorrow! This was my first time going to this location! And will be my last! Such a shame if nothing gets resolved i will be calling the upper management or the area coaches! Also she never apologized for the inconvenience

Usually amazing, but today was really different. Our group usually comes in around night and we are always polite representing our organization, but today our server, riley, was extremely hostile and passive aggressive for no reason, she was rude off the start, and I work in fast food so I have empathy for food service staff, but she literally told our group “can you make up your minds already” and was just like horrible to our group for no reason. She also forgot my drink and slammed down the drink when I mentioned she forgot it (it got my phone wet) We love every other server and have had no complains, but from now on, we are rethinking having food here. I really hope y’all do better next time

Wings were cold, wedges were good.
Wings definitely have gone downhill over the years, to a point where I’d compare them to breaded chicken poppers.
Service was okay, the bar tender made it better that day.

Service was great! Our server was more than kind and helpful! Decided to enjoy our Super Bowl at Buffalo Wild Wings and we chose right! Definitely coming back for events like this!

Went here on a weekday. 3-5 tables for 3 waitresses/1 bartender and I still couldn’t get service. Tried again on a Saturday and this time 15ish tables for 5 waitstaff/1 bartender. Waitress didn’t know anything about the menu or avaible booze at the bar. Took 10-15 mins to get1st round. Ordered 2nd round before food came out and finally got it after we were done eating and asking for boxes. The food is usually good but the service just kills the whole experience. I probably won’t be trying BWW again…

It’s a terrible place. I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour. The maintenance staff was rude and worked unwillingly. I’m not coming here anymore, and I don’t recommend it.

This place is no good.
Ordered $12 Ultimate Nachos and barley no toppings so I couldn’t even finish it.
Waited an hour just to have our server come by to check on for all you can eat wings/fries.
Then she comes around and now we’re still waiting another hour for her to swing by to get our food packed and gone.
Definitely not worth it and won’t be coming back.
Bad company. Worse servers.
Also, my kids said they wanted lemonade and randomly she gets them lemonade WITHOUT asking the ADULTS PERMISSION.
STILL WAITING FOR 3 HOURS NOW….
