I hadn’t been to Bob Evans for many years. I was surprised to see that the vegetable soup changed. It has little tiny pieces of beef that you can barely see. I got 8 tiny pieces of beef. It didn’t taste like it used to. I won’t get it again. The service was very slow wasn’t the waitress’s fault it was the kitchen.

Very disappointed. Even though the food was mostly decent, the atmosphere was far from it. We weren’t even done eating our meal when we started noticing ants crawling on our table. Not just 1 or 2, but a lot. We quickly got up and moved to another table only to be asked if we wanted our food moved over. What? No thank you! And then, to not to even offer to comp our iced teas, or any portion of our meal, why? We didn’t bring those ants in just to get a free meal. Those are your ants, crawling all over your table in your restaurant. And no, we didn’t throw a fit. No sense in creating a scene and embarrassing them anymore than they already were.

As far as Bob Evan’s from where we live (Toledo), this one definitely takes the cake! The wait staff were very enthusiastic! Very quick for refills and made sure the kids were taken care of as well! The food was great and they even made sure my picky wife had everything she wanted! Would definitely recommend this place!

After a terrible experience at the Denny’s across the street. My family and I came here for breakfast. We were seated quickly, greeted by our server Ashley, who did a great job. Food was good. Service was great. We’ll definitely return the next time we are in town.

My Ma and I eat here every so often. Ma got a carry out order of a country fried steak with 2 mashed potatoes as her sides. I usually get breakfast no matter what time of day it is. They have great pancakes and sausage patties. It’s not overly expensive to eat here and it’s home cooked food. Come on down to the farm! The staff is polite and on top of things.

Whole place was empty , out of nowhere people started coming in and rather than spread people out they had everyone cramped together , it smelled like cat spray really bad , fish wasn’t cooked, fries were over cooked , they forgot the Condiments, when I asked for them waited 15 minutes….nothing ended up going up to get them myself & was given attitude as if I was bothering them by asking for what should of already been delivered with my food …. whole experience was terrible. Paid 54 dollars to throw it all away .

This is the second time that the service has been terrible. Today the food was even disappointing. The lemons were frozen, the potatoes, what there were of them, were cool and drying out as well as the turkey. The carrots were cold and we were not offered drink refills.

After 2 hr drive from Central OH arrived- only few cars in Lot..Walked in & greeted timely but then ‘Hostess threw 2 Menus on our Table & left us …no chance to Ask her to Clean the ‘Filthy floor under table some looked to see if any other Tables/ Booths were Cleaned…Nope! Every single Booth in this Section Tables with Bread crumbs & under the Booths also…Looked around for Help 2nd Time – 5 Waitresses were sitting taking a Break? Drinking drinks…We left Politely…We live in Richland cty Ontario OH & NEVER in 25 yr gotten treated So Darn Bad

STAY AWAY from this place. 3 pm on Saturday the waitress overwhelmed and only had 3 customers.was told by manager that we would have to wait for 10 minutes. Every time you come to this site it’s the same thing you’ll have to wait and they have a lot of empty tables. Manager needs to help out
Suggest you go to the one on Tiffin avenue. Everything is 100% better. They should close the one on Trenton avenue and start over.
