Came here for lunch at 1220 afternoon. 3 men were in front of me ordering away from the cash register to a worker girl with tatted arms and short who replied “I got you” after they ordered there food. They did not get charged at and not only that they got front line service made there food before others who I saw were waiting. They gave out free food to people they knew, while I ordered afterwards and had to pay and wait which I’m fine with, but just thought to post thinking maybe management or higher upper will see this

Such a terrible experience. Came here to get lunch and it took most of my lunch break just to get my food through the drive. When I pulled up to the drive thru they completely mixed up my order and had to pretty much re order at the window. Had to repeat my order 5 different times to the drive thru worker and still didn’t get it right. This is the last time I’m coming to this location. I always seem to have an issue at this site whether it’s long lines or just a lack of basic understanding of how to take an order properly. Seriously to the owner or GM of this location. Get your site together.

Very disappointed. All of the tables were dirty. It was not because of a lunch rush or under staffed or overwhelmed with customer. It was pure laziness. I’m willing to bet that the lady who was at the front counter has a house as dirty as she had her dining area. Chicken fries were horrible. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger combo and it looked like the buns ate the meat. Usually the place is decent but I question if I will ever come here again. It was hugely disappointing. Every guest should have an experience that encourages them to not delay to come back. I may come again…in maybe a year.

The food is fine, just like any other location. But the employees here are so miserable. You ask for something, you get a barely concealed eye-roll. You say thank you, they just walk away. I know CS jobs suck. I hate mine too. But there are some things you don’t do TO a customer. Just talk shit in the back like everyone else.

Went through drive thru and got the new Jack o Lantern Whopper. Everything was fresh!! I came around 12pm-1pm so whoever was there did awesome in getting food out fresh. I had a side of mozzarella sticks (8) that they had forgot but it’s perfectly fine to me because when I came back that was fresh too and whoever was in drive thru has very good customer service.

I would leave no stars but what can you do. I went to this location just a little while ago. I waited and waited inside to order. There where many I employees there but even though they only had 2 customers inside they didn’t have time to take my order. When you hurting for customers you need to act right of way. I went across the street to Whataburger and my order was taken in less than 3o seconds and my order in 5 minutes. At Burger King they were too busy talking to each other. Even what looked like the manager.

Order a breakfast meal, changed the coffee for a soda, they charge an upgrade charge without giving the option for a small. Price on the board says $6 then has to pay $9 at the window. Not worth it!

They were a bit confused by my order of a double quarter pounder without the bun but did get me order in. Was not too busy but took a while for my food. Then only had 2 meat patties, had to go back to the serving line. They did put the other patty on quickly.
They were not as big as the same meal I get from Whataburger. They also seem to not have knives available? Had to use the thin plastic fork to cut my burgers. The flame flavor they are known for was very good. I also like their bacon better than other burger places. I would probably return again.
