Waited at the first window for 7 minutes while the lady was standing there texting with the longest line during the 3 o’clock hour that I’ve ever seen, and then waiting at the second window for 21 minutes and counting.
I’m waiting for two happy meals and a mcdouble meal btw.
I placed my order in the drive through at 2:48.
I just got my food at 3:21 and the fries are cold.

Tell me why they were out of milk and juice for happy meals so I asked for a Sprite and they freakin uncharged me for a medium. What kid is drinking a medium Sprite. I mean really a four piece nugget full of tartar sauce. What the heck is that? Store is filthy. Service is slow. Employees stand around doing nothing. Worst McDonalds on the face of the earth.

I stopped by since they were still open. I placed my order after going through what was available. I paid for my food and got to the light before realizing my food was cold. I went back and stayed at the window until someone saw me. A young man got the mangers attention and she came to the window. I told her the food that I just ordered was cold. She stated ” We are closed!” She closed the window, locked it and walked away. I just paid for cold old food. I should not have to throw away food that I literally just paid for, because it was old from sitting out and cold. I would not treat anyone that rude after they just spent their money on food which should have probably been thrown away.

I visit today service was horrible. I had to send my food in 3 times to still have it wrong when I got home. I had 2 meal deals they didn’t give me the chicken nuggets. 2 freshly cook fish combos 1 with tartar and 2 without they didn’t put tartar on 1 of the sandwich. The fries were not hot. No ketchup in the bag. Every since I got home I have calling the store no one answered goes straight to voicemail. Smh this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I live right behind the McDonald’s. I would like my money back or my food cooked right or you can send me a gift card for the rest of the year.

Tonight I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 happy meals and a McDouble & fries. I made the mistake of getting into the inner drive thru line and couldn’t abort the mission even if I tried- or of course I would have. When I’m solo parenting my 4 children, the drive thru is something I really rely on as it’s hard to bring 4 children 5 & under into a restaurant- especially on my own. A quick, easy & “treat” meal for my kids after a day of errands for the week turned into a nightmare with my two youngest children inconsolably hungry & us trapped in this non-moving line. If this were just a one time occurrence, I wouldn’t be writing this; however, my husband experienced the same exact situation 2 months ago- except his wait clocked in at 40 mins. Despite this being the closest McDonald’s to our home- I will be driving 12 mins down the road now after two identical, miserable experiences.

No matter what time I place an order, I’m honestly always waiting 30 minutes. What is the purpose of the app and ordering ahead if you have to wait an eternity to get your food. I literally ordered 2 large fries 40 minutes ago curbside. I just got them, and they are cold and not even filled to the top. What is happening?! I literally asked is ketchup in the bag? She said I don’t know, but if it isn’t I’m sorry and walked away.

Diana, who took our order at the restaurant counter, was the best! In addition to doing a good job with the order, she was very personable, friendly and helpful. She even checked on how we were doing after we had received the food at our table and brought us extra napkins.

My main complaint is the poor customer service and lack of problem-solving when my mobile order couldn’t be completed due to being out of Sprite. I placed my order on the app and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. When I got to the window, they appeared confused and I had to show my order on the app. They said they couldn’t complete the order and needed to cancel it because I ordered a Sprite and they were out. I went inside and asked to simply change the drink, but they said no. Maria (the manager?) rolled her eyes at me and did nothing to resolve the issue. She made it clear I was being a nuisance. They never cancelled my order; I had to cancel it myself on the app. I then ordered at the counter. After another customer complained about waiting, I told Maria they should do a better job with customers. She spoke over me, saying they were doing a good job. She could have just acknowledged the issue and de-escalated, but instead we argued. After 40 minutes and with three kids in tow, I got my food, was met with rolled eyes, and left feeling ignored. Please do better; with high prices, good customer service should be included. A manager should use creative problem-solving to resolve issues instead of escalating them.

I am there daily for breakfast and order through app. A young lady there by the name of April takes care of my food most mornings. Very friendly and is caring about order being correct
