I had the Alex Southwest Burger. It was really good. Service was slow. They had the bartender waiting on tables in the bar area. Probably because they were short on servers. Also the men’s room needs some improvements. You can tell it’s been neglected. Overall I would recommend it and will probably visit in the future.

First of all the surfaces are so STICKY! Needs to be cleaned. Bathrooms are disgusting and one of the locks on one of the bathroom stalls does not work. We waited about 15 minutes before we were helped. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, and straws. Service was ok, my order came out wrong and then it was corrected. Food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The mac and cheese tasted gummy and sour. The waitress also did not inform us that a side salad is an up charge. My water was never refilled as well. The hostess was very strange, she kept walking by our table and would stare at us and make eye contact. Making us feel like we were doing something wrong. Probably would not come back here. Better off going to the Salina location.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Kaleb. He was super friendly, quick, and honestly just made the whole meal better. He checked on us the perfect amount without hovering, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we ordered it. You can tell he actually cares about his tables and enjoys what he’s doing.
It’s really rare these days to have a server who’s that attentive and on top of everything, so huge shoutout to Kaleb. If you go to Chili’s, definitely ask for him he’ll take great care of you.

Caleb was our server, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was quick, personable, got the orders correct and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, but he made the visit much more enjoyable. Kudos to Caleb!!

We came in with 3 kids and 2 adults. We were crammed into a table that was about 4 inches too narrow, we were crowded by both the people around us and by the people at our table. The food took a long time and my wings were wrong when they arrived.
Overall it was ok. No one died at least. Below mid experience, won’t be returning.

This place has been around for a long time and over the years the food and service have fluctuated. Facility remains clean and inviting, it’s family and military friendly. They offer a variety of American cuisine to chose from and have a full bar as well with tv’s throughout the building to catch a game a game or two. The food is still flavorful but the service leaves little to be desired. We had a long wait time to be seated and were the only ones in the queue. The restaurant was not busy at all this day. Several of the staff walked past us without acknowledging us. Once seated and we ordered, our food came out fairly quickly and was cooked nicely, however myself and my partners drinking glasses both had buildup on the bottom. We only ordered appetizers as we were not very hungry but we still requested two plates. We notified the waitress of our request but suffice to say we were 3/4 of the way through our meal before our plates arrived and our glasses were never replaced with clean ones. At the end of it all the food was good but the front house needs some reworking. Nevertheless give it a try see what you think! Happy travels-A

My friend had an appointment in Manhattan today It was over about 12:45 so we decided to go and have a late lunch at Chili’s. It’s probably been 25 years since I’ve been to a Chili’s so it was like going for the first time. While I was waiting for her appointment I was looking at their menu online and the ribs caught my eye so when we got there that is what I ordered. My friend ordered a half slab of ribs and I ordered the full We both got loaded mashed potatoes since they didn’t have baked and then we had a little side dish of coleslaw. The cole slaw was pretty good The loaded mashed potatoes were really good They just get cold real easy but that could be because it was really cold in that restaurant today. It was also 27° outside. When they brought her food out to us they gave my friend her plates and they gave me mine which was a half a slab I told the young lady that I ordered a full slab and she said oh I will go tell them. Then our waitress showed up and said they thought it meant a half slab they’re making you another one I’ll be right back with it well when they brought it out it looked totally different from the one I was eating but it was all supposed to be the same. The first half of the ribs look like it had a rub on it not barbecue sauce just a spicy rub They were okay They were a little bit dry a little bit more than a little bit. When they brought the second half of my ribs out they were buried in barbecue sauce so I was determined to take them home put them in a box and then I thought I want to see what these are like so I cut into the middle of them and they were dryer than the first ones They were like cardboard dry that’s why they put so much barbecue sauce on them. I did tell the waitress she did take them back and they did make me a fresh half rack of ribs but after I got home and ate them them two were a bit dry in the middle.
We entered the building through the side door the back door because we thought that was entrance but then our hostess Sky found us and seated us. she was a sweet really cute young lady that seemed to care about her customers. Our waitress was Vanessa and she was nice but she would ask us a question and before we had a chance to answer she was gone she was there and gone so quick that I couldn’t have even told you what she look like. But in the end she did take my rib back and get me a fresh rack of ribs All in all I guess our visit was okay I wouldn’t rate it a five but I also wouldn’t give it a one. I’ll be back to chili soon and order something different next time let’s hope that that
