We stopped with a few students on the way home from a very long day at a music festival. The restaurant was not very busy and employees were working slowly and chatting and laughing with each other. There were problems with one student’s order, and he stood trying to get someone’s attention and witnessed them looking at him and then pretending they didn’t see him – multiple times. It took him several minutes to finally get someone to help him. I waited at least 20 minutes for a quarter pounder. I had to go ask for it twice. I did get an apology from an employee and an offer for ice cream, but it was clear they were in no mood to help anyone. I have never left a review of a McDonald’s before, but there were at least 6 employees working and they were more interested in hanging out and laughing with each other than they were helping customers. I just wanted to get my “fast” food and get our group of 7 people home. I was really disappointed in the service and would not recommend this McDonald’s.

This location had the best fries and nuggets that I’ve had from a McDonald’s in a very long time. The staff in the drive thru were extremely polite and friendly. Very fast on a pretty large order as well. Keep up the great work!

I ordered throught my app.. at 1020 pm.. trucker who walked to drive through. They have the alert system screen off.. if not my order would have been ready. I waited knocked on window and was ignored then I walked around the building to yell at an employee taking trash out..

Three people in the restaurant at 12:30 pm. Took nearly 18 minutes for our small order to get to us. No soap in one of the dispensers. Understaffed? Will never stop here again.

Very clean restaurant wuih a large open floor plan. Used kiosk for first time. Not impressed, but may as well get used to it as this is the future. Paywd for food with gift card, took a number and took a seat at table. Food took a bit longer to get, but was delivered to the table. Order accuracy was 100%.
Food was hot and had good flavor. If other McDonalds can do this as well, the chain has nothing to worry about.
Cost for 3 medium combo meals was just less than 20.00. Pricey for the value. The only low spot for the trip.

I’ve never seen a more disgustingly filthy Mc Donald’s in my 56 yrs of patronizing. We could not even eat our food. Photo’s posted here do not show exactly how gross it is. Dead flies everywhere and every table disgusting. Bottom of table legs caked with sticky spilled sodas. If it were not on a Sunday, I would have called in the health inspector, they would have immediately been shut down!

While on a roadtrip, stopped at Loves across the street for potty breaks for our dogs. Decided last minute to skip the Hardee’s at the Loves and go to McDonalds across the street. Let me tell you that Lisa and the man working the window were so extremely friendly, nice, and just loved on our dogs so enthusiastically. It made our day. They even gave them pup cups. Our food was wonderful. Fries were fresh. I was not expecting this from a McDonalds but those two individuals were absolute gems. Thank you for making our day.
Went through the drive thru on the afternoon of 9/6/25. Wished I would’ve caught the man’s name. He was so nice. Good job!! 🙂
