Had a great experience at Ava in Tampa. The food was really good, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The servers were also very nice, attentive, and made the whole meal even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend if you’re looking for a solid Italian spot in the area.

I bought a creative loafing deal in order to force me to come to Tampa and try a new restaurant. I was not disappointed. Service was fast and on point, the food was delicious, and the ambience was very classy and youthful. The bread service alone is worth coming back for. Deep fried rolls with a ricotta, roasted garlic olive oil, fresh herbs, and pine nuts. I wanted to just roll in it. A bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio was the perfect thing to enjoy with it. I will definitely be back.

Good food and service! Nice restaurant inside and out, they were cutely decorated for the holidays when we visited. Tried the red velvet pancake special and it was AMAZING! Steak and eggs also very good.

The Bayshore Breeze signature drink was SO delicious! I don’t even love gin and was pleasantly surprised. The spicy rigatoni wasn’t spicy and we did ask for some salt and pepper which I don’t like doing. That being said, the pasta was cooked well, the sauce had a great consistency, and I would rather salt to taste than it be overly salty. The meatballs were a classic and some of the better meatballs I have had. I expected slightly better service and wished the waitress was more attentive but I would definitely go back!

The happy hour pizza hits the sweet spot! It’s just the right size for a perfect snack or to share. Plus, the weekday happy hour offers an incredible deal that you won’t want to miss. The servers here are exceptional and super friendly, making every visit a delight. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and with plenty of TVs strategically placed, you can catch all the sporting action from the best views in the house. Whether you’re hanging out with friends or enjoying a solo evening, this place has it all!

The food was ok but did not meet my expectations. The service was good and the atmosphere was outstanding. My favorite part of the dinning experience here was the Chef’s selection of meats and cheeses which came out as a very nice charcuterie board. I did not care for the rabbit ganache, I wish I had gone with the oxtail pasta instead. I also ordered one of the personal sized pizzas which was not great especially for $25. Although the overall flavor was decent, the bread was still very doughy and the quality was definitely not worth $25. The chocolate mouse cake with a pairing side of peanut butter screwball whiskey was also a great finish, but a bit pricey. Cocktails here are decent but be prepared for a hefty price tag. I payed $15 for an Espresso Martini & my buddy paid $20 for a Moscow Mule.

Charissa was the BEST! Our service was amazing and the food was exceptional. We had the mussels, the meat board, the filet, the NY strip, the cannolis, the Zeppelin, and I tell you, it was all to perfection. We really enjoyed it and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and the coffee was delicious. Loved it all.

Came in for Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband. I was not impressed. Food was served cold. Quality was not great. Bowl of soup looked like it spilled prior to being served. Our food kept getting served to the table next to us. Everyone appeared very rushed. Our waiter was very nice though. He fixed our cold entrees quickly. This meal was not worth $238. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Service was decent. We tried to order several vegan options but the kitchen did not have items in stock which is very odd for Saturday night. Server tried to accommodate with other options but would have been nice for something extra to make up for it.

The restaurant itself is extremely loud and not the best for conversation.

Food overall was good but please don’t advertise vegan options and don’t have them in stock…
