Everything from the service to the atmosphere and the food was top tier. Loved every bit of it. Server Nayeli was attentive and very fast. Attention to detail was awesome. General manager Samuel Martinez came by the table to introduce himself, he was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff as a whole was working as a team and made the entire dinner very memorable. I’ll be adding la marimba to my rotation of favorites I frequent.

I love this place! The food is always good, I’ve never had a bad meal. My favorite is the Deluxe Burrito with the pork barbacoa, it’s just sooooo good. As far as the service, everyone is wonderful, but if Claudia is there, I ALWAYS ask for her. She remembers everything! My favorite drink, meals…my husbands too. She is always on top of everything and VERY attentive. She makes the experience even better. Place is always busy!

Visited for lunch for the first time in a long time. Wow! They have updated the restaurant is so many ways. It looks awesome inside and out. Our food was delicious our server was exceptionally attentive. Definitely adding this to a more regular rotation. It’s a little bit of a drive for me, but worth it.

Catered a fajita bar for our after Holiday family celebration! The Manager Sam was amazing and so easy to work with! Communicated with me and ensured the food was hot for pick up! The food was AMAzING and was more than enough for our 10 people. Highly recommend this restaurant!! Food was yummy! Guacamole was delicious and the steak and chicken were tender and very flavorful!! We adore La Marimba- our favorite spot out of all the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The salsa is perfect and queso is delicious! We recommend the Birria quesadilla and the Con Maduro tacos. Any marg is great and the mojitos are perfect!! Jose is our favorite, such a kind guy. He always greets us and ensures we are enjoying our meal! 🙂
