This is the second time this month I went for dinner. They ran out of bread for most of the chicken ranch/bbq sandwich’s both times. It’s called Panera BREAD and I have consistently gone there for months hoping they have BREAD for the sandwich I want. The second complaint is the pound of spring greens slammed on this sandwich. It was 3-4 inches thick with mostly green. 3rd is self explanatory…. Please reference picture from today, 08/27/2025. That’s how I opened it. The avocado was in the last wrapped section, almost falling out. The chicken was everywhere but in the sandwich. Just to top it off, I have been super nauseous since consumption of this monster piece. It’s been 4 hours now. Please do better than greasy fast food places

Tonight, I just had the worst sandwich ever. I picked up an order to go and when I went inside the entire place smelled like something burned. I didn’t really consider it, but when I got home and opened my order my food smelled terrible, like it was burnt directly in a fire. And it tasted terrible. it wasn’t burned, but it seems to have absorbed all the odors of a fire. Completely inedible a waste of money. Customers should have been made aware before fulfilling any orders.

While going to Atlanta took a quick lunch break and enjoyed hot soups and sandwich. The tuna salad was quite good and seems a new addition. The atmosphere was very warm and staffs were serving food very fast. Really enjoyed the time.

So a half a piece of bacon is considered a portion here and a full piece is considered “extra”. Also, on my bagel sandwich the chicken portion was lacking to say the least. I’m disappointed… this used to be a great place to eat now all they serve is bread sandwiches apparently.

I went to the drive thru on Friday morning I waited five minutes and no one waited on me so I left. They were not busy so I’m not sure why they just ignored me. I go by this location every day and was looking forward to being able to get my breakfast there. I’m not sure I will give them another chance. Especially since there is a place right across the street where I can get my SHchoffee and SHmuffin.

These locations have different sizes portions. The Mechanicsburg Pa location is ok. The mac n cheese is not hot in most locations. There should be more ‘ meat guts’ in the sandwiches. The food quality is consistent. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Panera is one of my occasional preferences.

Food average. Overpriced. Customer service isnt great. That said, coffee is endless. Have food and sweets. Relaxed atmosphere. Great place to sit a laptop for a while

There is a fire place at this location and they never light it. When I inquired, they rudely responded that it hasn’t worked for two years .. thats unacceptable considering how expensive it is to eat here. On top of that, they have kiosks to order your own food…I’m sure someone could free up time to turn it on or get it fixed. I wouldn’t push the issue of the fireplace if this establishment would turn on the heat during the winter months. Its freezing in here as if they don’t want customers to dine in. I just don’t understand…

Actually impressed and did not mess my food up. And it tasted yummy for a change no complaints. Normally I do new staff that care.

I have been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for years, but recently, I have been disappointed with some of the changes. It seems like the items I enjoy are often unavailable or replaced. For example, the quiche was recently replaced with soufflés, many of which now include bacon.
As a Muslim, I find it frustrating and offensive that most of these options are filled with pork, leaving me with limited choices. I’ve always appreciated Panera’s inclusive menu, but these changes make it feel less accommodating for people with dietary restrictions or cultural sensitivities. I hope Panera Bread will consider offering more diverse and inclusive options in the future.
