This local restaurant came recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. We went b hungry, so this is your fair warning that portions are generous and the food is delicious. We ordered two appetizers, the taco sticks and potato wedges. Our daughter orders the New York Strip, and it was perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the Heinnies Melt, and said how good it was. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich, it was delicious. We ordered so much, we packed up all our leftovers. This place is definitely a local spot, but for those of you looking for a good meal, give this place a try!

We arrived with a small wait time to be had, and it proved worth every minute. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, she explained that she had been employed in this establishment for 19 years~! Now, that says ALOT~
We had a Philly Cheese and a Claybaugh,..
Both were EXCELLENT, the small details that make good sandwiches were not missed in any shape or form!
The grilled buns they were served on, the sides of onions and mushrooms cooked to perfection, ample side of fries.
The meats seasoned so mouth watering delicious.
It was my first time but not for my partner,..he had not been back in a long time.
He said,..”this place has always served excellent food and portions”.
We will make this our top favorite for the Elkhart area~~

I absolutely LOVE this place and will be coming back. I loved every bite! It was my first time there. The burger was so tasteful and juicy and amazing and the fries were fantastic too. The bun was perfectly toasted. My glass was never once left empty! Our server kept it full and was very attentive. Service was fast. We didn’t wait for a table long. The lights were low, just enough to keep the sparkle in the jewelry but still bright enough to see the menu and my date. I will be coming back.

This is the first time I’ve been to this real and I was pretty impressed. Our waitress Dianna was INCREDIBLY nice!! The picture below Haddock/Bar Fish dinner. Some of the best fried fish I’ve had in a very long time. They also have daily specials at excellent prices! Definitely coming here again. Thank you again Dianna for the great experience!

I haven’t been to Heinnies in a very long time but after tonight, I will definitely be returning more regularly.
The service was wonderful, it was busy but the waitstaff seemed to have it handled. On hand, answered all our questions regarding the menu and was very attentive to our needs and wants.
Had the Mojos, Shrimp Cocktail, Chili, BLT sandwich with fries and the Ribeye with mushrooms, vegetable and baked potato.
No complaints on any of the food! Everything came out just as the party liked it.

Great service, had a party of 9 and still received excellent service. I had the prime rib, charbroiled with horseradish, best prime rib I’ve had in years, loaded baked potato was delicious.
