We visited this restaurant for a late lunch. The restaurant’s ambiance is agreeable, although some background noise is elevated. There were several children shouting loudly, which was inappropriate. I miss having a restaurant that provides a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is decorated with elegant details that contribute to its sophisticated atmosphere. The service was friendly and prompt. However, the warning about not sharing the buffet was unpleasant and uncomfortable. We understand that individual buffets are intended for one person’s consumption, but they warned us charged double if someone sampled food from another person’s buffet.
The food: the flavor was smokey and the mixed rice appeared very dark. They bring the buffet food in very small portions so there are many orders to request and to wait for. I ordered a natural lemonade without sugar and the flavor of the lemons was not fresh so I sent it back.
The pricing is acceptable and reasonable. The drinks menu appears somewhat limited, and the lemonade I originally ordered was disappointingly sour. I suggest you give the restaurant a chance, and make your own judgement.

Best chinese food in both laredos. After eating over and over in this place, the food seems very consistent in taste or even better. Can not beat the price range for the variety on the buffet. Truly one of my favorites places y both Laredos.
