The burger didn’t have a unique taste but rather bland even with its sauce. The lettuce was cut large not a big problem. The fried weren’t as clean cut as expected some still had the skin on. The food came out fast and the price was around 10 to 11 USD for us. Had dr peppers first time today and boy it had a strong after taste. Place was almost empty but clean. Plenty of carpark but we walk as it was walking distance from our hotel.

I arrived with my RV at 12:00am only the drive through was open. My RV is too big to fit through the drive-through so I walked up the window.
The employee named Isabella greeted me with the words “No car no food”. I told her that my RV was parked on the other side and can’t fit through the drive-through. She said “bring a car that can fit through and I will serve you food. Otherwise no food”.

Food was great and the service was quick. I didn’t realize you have to ask for the crosscut fries first time; it’s regular fries by default.
Google says 24hr but that’s just the drive through. Got burgers at 10:15am, but not sure the earliest they do lunch.
Bathrooms were clean, you need a code to get in though.

Fast service and friendly staff. Fries were fresh which is my favorite, I still can’t believe I almost finished a double patty famous star, especially with the yellow peppers.

Second time we tried to go to this restaurant and their doors were locked during what is listed as dine-in operation hours. Reluctantly, an employee opened the door and said “Take out only”. Well, if the door is locked, how can we order take out in the first place? Wasn’t planning on sitting in their lobby but we were at the neighboring hotel and didn’t have a car to go through drive thru. Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Can’t imagine the food would be cooked properly if this is the attitude of the employees.

Went to get food for my family tonight around midnight and had asked for 6 house ranch dressings, was given 3 regular buttermilk ranch dressings. When asking for the correct sauces for my meal and for a cup holder the Woman employee named Moe closed the window very aggressively and locked it while I was in the middle of asking her, and then ignored us trying to get her attention again. I also ordered Large meals and she gave me Mediums with zero explanation as to why, we weren’t even given the chance to ask. Dropped off the food to my family and drove back to get the sauces for my pregnant wife. Encountered Olivia, who made the situation right and was incredibly sweet. This employee, Moe, was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I understand it’s late and the line was decently long, but in no way does that justify being completely dismissive to your customers.

I am a Uber and Lyft driver I travel all over especially do a lot of drop offs and pickups at Disneyland I have been eating at Carl’s Jr my entire life I’m a 60-year-old I value the convenience of fast food locations especially the one Carl’s Jr I’m at right now by Disneyland I have personally eaten at this location several times I have never had the experience at any restaurant location like I just had 10 minutes ago 1:35 p.m. Saturday August 23rd 2025 I had just dropped a couple off at the Anaheim convention center I know this particular Carl’s Jr here on harbor I was having a bathroom issue I figured I would definitely use the restroom and order me some lunch as I have not eaten yet today I was in a panic as you know how that gets when you need to use the restroom ASAP I walked in I asked the gal behind the counter for the restroom code she with a serious attitude barked the code I was bothering her because I had not yet ordered food because I really needed to use the bathroom first. there’s two restrooms at this particular Carl’s Jr both of them have their man/woman availability for both restrooms however one of them was marked employees only leaving only one restroom available for patrons to use The one restroom was occupied by a family a man and his children I was getting desperate to get into the restroom I walked back over and asked for the code to the other restroom and I was very rudely told that’s for employees only I explain to them that this was an emergency and I needed to use the restroom ASAP and then I was told to leave and go across the street or find another restroom never have I been so embarrassed so rudely treated!! I always tried to leave a good review when I have a great experience when I have a bad experience I always leave a review hopefully that the staff members and management can be retrained The staff members at this particular Carl’s Jr on how to treat people with proper respect. Needless to say I decided not to purchase food from this Carl’s Jr’s today solely on the way always treated by the staff member
