The food was amazing and Chris our waiter was so nice and caring and took very good care of my mom and I for my birthday He deserves a raise Chris helped us pick out what we decided to order and we couldnt be happier with our food we picked! Great food and atmosphere!!

The food was good. Service from Victoria was amazing but she did what she could with the amount of resources available to her. A little bit more systematic structure when dealing with Low worker turnout would help the restaurant. So average overall visit.

The area where we sat was nice. The service was not the best. I feel like our server forgot about us at times. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but at the time, there was only 3 families inside.
The food was not great. The mashed potatoes were solid and seemed to be sitting for a long time before receiving our food. My boyfriend and I both got the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken was hard to cut into. My baked potato was not fresh either.
The cheddar biscuits tasted like cardboard when we got our last couple. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and food.

My three friends & myself were at Red Lobster for our friend Joy’s birthday. Our server was awesome! After our delicious meal she brought out birthday ice cream for her and We had a great time celebrating her! Our server, Vanessa, was very professional with a great personality! We’ll ask for her again the next time we’re at Red Lobster

The food was soooo good ! I had the crusted chicken, hush puppies and fries and the flavour from that chicken was top tier ! My husband had the ultimate feast and enjoyed every last bite ! I’d take a picture of our plates but all you’d get is the empty plate

Sooooooo, when you are the only ones in a restaurant during dinner hours it’s concerning. The food is consistent with standards however, when each person spends $42.+ For their dinner and leave hungry, I can see why the restaurant is empty. The service was top notch.
Hint: When a family of 4 has to pay $40 plus per plate that’s equals an empty restaurant
We would hate to loose this restaurant however, the neighborhoods can’t sustain it at these prices.

The food was good, however the service was not. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes to get our beverages, as well as 25-30 minutes for our appetizers. Our server would blame the kitchen however there wasn’t many guests in the restaurant, it gave she forgot about us & instead of taking accountability she would put it on someone else. Several workers noticed our long wait & would stop by and ask if we needed anything so that was comforting. As far as our server I don’t think she can handle being under pressure.

Chris was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best waiter we’ve had! He was incredibly attentive, made excellent recommendations, and truly made me and my daughter feel like family. An unforgettable experience for sure. We definitely recommend going to see Chris at Red Lobster in Oxford to everyone we know!

Our waitress, Regina was AWESOME! Regina gave excellent customer service! We had a large party celebrating a birthday; the restaurant was short staffed(our waitress was performing multiple tasks) but Gina was great! I will ask for her by name on my next trip to Oxford, AL Red Lobster.
