Easily one of the best Wendy’s in the area. Service is quick and is usually pretty accurate. The biggest downside is the layout of the parking lot, particularly if you use the drive-thru.

The exit of the parking lot is directly in front of the window where you pick your food up, so you don’t have much time to check your order before pulling out of the lot (unless you want to hold everyone else up). The only alternative is to do a loop around the building and park while you check for accuracy.

When they do miss something, they are very quick to make it right.

When i say this place is the best I mean it. The food is always amazing, as well as the drinks, service is always great and I’ve personally never had any bad experiences. I’d say the only down aspects of it would be that it can take a bit to get your food since there’s usually other people there, also, something I’d say to maybe look out for is that the floor by the soda machines can be a bit sticky and messy but that’s about it. They have one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen around this area. Would definitely recommend if you want some good food!

This is a brand new Wendy’s. The food is always good. I’ll give it that. But the workers in here are the laziest people I think I ever met. They never want to take your order. They’ll be like five people waiting for the one working kiosk out of three and they won’t take your order at the register. God forbid they have to type in some numbers themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. I walked out and I won’t be coming back. I’ll go over the bridge to Easton to that Wendy’s because at least the service is good. Take care. You lost the customer. Bye-bye

I don’t need backflips when I walk in but a “Hello” can go a long way. Ordered 3 biggie bags no Chicken Nuggets, Cold Fries. My DBC looked like toppings are scarce in this Wendy’s. 1 piece of onion, 1 pickle and 1 and a quarter bacon? I had 3 girls that came from a game and last minute meal change and for it to be missing food kinda sucks. Love Wendy’s but this was a bad one for me.

One car in front of me at drive through. Took 10 minutes for that person to pull to pay. They clearly also had issues at the window as she had to offer payment twice. They still made her park and wait another 5 minutes till they brought foid out. Then it was my turn. No greeting at the window, just please wait. 5 minutes, then im asked what I want. I order 6 sausage biscuits and a sausage, egg and cheese comes up on screen. I say that is wrong, 5 minutes go by and screen gets cleared. Repeat order and pull up. I pay, and then a manager CHEWING on a mouthful of food tells me a dollar total not matching what i already paid> i say no, i already paid. they tell me to park and wait for food. I refuse and tell her this is the longest wait I have ever endured at any fast food drive up. OK. 5 minutes later cashier says we only have 5 of your sausage biscuits, we ran out of biscuits. Livid, ok give me a muffin I guess. Manger 3 minutes later hands it to me , zero apology, nothing. The place was empty, no inside customers at least 3 staff. No idea what they are doing, they suck!

BURGERS are INEDIBLE

5 of 5 “Sick to Stomach” Salty Burgers (4 double stacks for kids, 1 Son of Baconator)

Burgers were SALTY. Not just a little SALTY, but you had to DELIBERATELY put SALT on them to make them “sick to your stomach” SALTY. Either that or Wendy’s is selling bad burger patties.

Tried calling complaint line and no one picked up.

Chili was good. Fries were good.

Should I call the Health Department? I might have to.

I hate hate hate having to give wendys such a horrible score because on a normal day i love Wendy’s ill choose it over most fast food but this location is horrible on all fronts. Went in 2 days ago got a biggie back jbc meal asked for the nugs to be spicy…. they were not had to go back. I mean ok it happens not the end of the world, but then my jbc horrible bun was completely soggy not edible gross, but I said screw it im not going in a second time. But to move on passed the food. When I walked it the doors were already propped open weird but ok. Floors wet signs up ok good safety first but when it looks like you have a creek running through the sitting area musty dirty in the dinning area not a good look while some employees just talking and on the phone in the dinning area. Not a good look. And lastly when I went in to exchange my nugs befor I came across my mop of a burger the customer service was horrible I simplely explain i asked for spicy and the person looked at my like I had 10 heads just stood there I had no attitude about i said please and thank you. It took almost 8 minutes to just get an exchange or someone to understand it wasn’t busy they weren’t slammed its frustrating even the lady who gave me the food had an attitude about it after the clueless employee up front whispered to the other about it.
Again I hate to be like this but I have been a manager at a steak house and other places as well this is poor management.

Just wanted to take a moment and recognize these peeps at this location my stepdaughter likes Wendy’s so I do frequent this location and must say never had an incorrect order and from the time I order and pay everyone is very nice love going to this place! Hats off I’m sure you people don’t have it easy when it’s busy but you push though it! Hope corporate sees what a great group of people at this location.

The parking lot spaces are way too small you can’t even open a door without almost hitting the vehicle next to you.. it’s a shame they didn’t make the parking a Lil bigger..
Employees are sweet and friendly and hard working..
Diner is neat and clean..

This is the 3rd time that I have ask to get my 3 orders packed by separate. Onn 5he drive thru.And I still getting a face from the Lady manager if she is the manager.Today the lady that was packing our 3 orders at 1:55 pm starred at us like we were asking for an eye and an ear.
Although that always i ask to have my orders pack separated because I am driving and my family wants to eat.
WHY IS SO COMPLIICATED?
I think i am going to take my business somewhere else.
There is a BK,Mc Donald and a taco bell on the area. Why do I need all this aggravation?
At the other restaurants i don’t have all these problems. I just request all 3 orders pack by separate and without problem they do it.
Just in case: I request the food separated when I place the order.
