This is our second visit to the St. Paul Fish Company. We have visited the downtown location previously and both locations are super cool. The atmosphere is an 11/10, it feels like you are in a fish market! The food was absolutely excellent too. Joesph our server, was super friendly and professional. He checked on us regularly and provided top service with a smile. One of my absolute favourites in the Milwaukee area to eat. Greetings from Canada

The oysters were incredibly fresh and perfectly shucked, and the flavors were outstanding. Had the fresh Duxbury & Boss Gibson oysters.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. If you love oysters and great seafood, this place is definitely worth a visit! Even for a quick pop in visit, it’s a must!

Had a reservation for right when they opened, it was perfect.
The dining area was so cool, lots of neat items to look and the wall and hanging art were a treat. They had plenty of seating and even room for large groups and outdoor seating. Such a gem of the place. The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean and same goes for the kitchen. Right when you walk in there is the host stand and the seafood market, to my surprise, there was not a bad smell. Everything looked so fresh and good, it was well maintained and kept. Thank you Val R and your trainee for such a wonderful lunch and first dine in experience here. We have got seafood to take home ourselves before, but never dined in. So glad we did. Val and her trainee were absolutely fabulous! They both made this lunch so special. Val had great recommends, explained everything well, even share the most popular items with us all while training a new waitress. We ordered 2 different style appetizers, the Cajun BBQ shrimp and hot peel & eat shrimp. WOW! The flavor was spot on, so good. The Cajun BBQ shrimp sauce is delightful and so tasty, heat but not over doing it. Shrimp were large and tender, cooked to perfection. The hot & eat shrimp, were flavored well, shells/legs peeled right off, they were tender and juicy. We each tried a boil. Lobster boil and the Snow Crab legs boil. Again, these were cooked to perfection and the seasoning was just perfect. All the seafood was cooked just beautifully, the crab meat came right out and the lobster meat was falling out. Not rubbery, not chewy, just amazing. The potatoes and corn were so good as well. We truly enjoyed these boils. Even added some king crab legs since they were available at market price. Just such a great time!! Even enjoyed a birthday dessert to top it all over. Overall, truly a fantastic experience. Nothing was a disappointment and the food was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back again. Thanks again to Val R and her trainee, we appreciate you!

Some items absolutely delicious, but they have no clue how to make a decent Poor boy…….. I was disappointed but the wife loved her choices. Great job on the oysters and the lobster! Also seeing Bill Reid’s sculptures was a plus!!!!!!!

We usually go to the St. Paul Fish Company location in Milwaukee, but for Mother’s Day we decided to try this one since they offer table reservations—and we’re so glad we did!
The food was just as delicious as always. Their Lobster Bloody Mary is my personal addiction—I can never skip it. We also had the crab legs, and they were absolutely amazing: fresh, juicy, and full of flavor.
Such a great spot for a special occasion or just a solid seafood dinner. The quality is always consistent, and that’s what keeps us coming back!

Ordered the grouper fish fry. Breading was light, not overpowering. Fish piping hot and flaky. Generous amount of skin on french fries, unfortunately several had moldy spots that weren’t apparent until I was chewing. Better than average coleslaw, but lacking in flavor. Needs a bit more horseradish. Perky server. Fun decor.

Stopped in with a few other people for lunch. Got seated right away. The service was excellent throughout the entire meal. Friendly and helpful. (Thanks Val).
I was hoping to get an actual Lobster Roll (like you get on the East Coast). The closest they have is Lobster Salad, definitely not the same thing. We got an assortment of different sandwiches, with an order of Calamari.
The Calamari had some of the biggest, most rubbery pieces I have ever had. And it was heavily breaded. Very disappointing.
The Blackened Catfish Po Boy was good, but not great. It was hot, and flavorful. Although it was a little soft, could had been grilled more.
One person had the Halibut Grilled Dinner which was very good. The other two sandwiches were good. Again not great.
If I go to a restaurant that specializes in fish, I would expect that they serve excellent fish. This was mediocre.
