I think we may have went on an off night as the sevice and cleanliness were lacking. It was slow and like 5 people were hanging around in thr kitchen area with several dirty tables including the one we were sat at. We ordered 2 pizzas. The Extra pepperoni hot honey pizza was a win and the honey paired nicely with the pepperoni. 5 of 5 We also got the margarita pizza with extra cheese which they left off entirely. 2 of 5 stars. We nor.slly skip desert but opted for the cherry cheesecake which was a 6 out of 5. It’s made in house and you can tell a definite win. I would recommend if you pay the $3+ for extra cheese make sure they remember to add it.

Grimaldi’s never disappoints! The pizza came out hot, delicious, and full of fresh ingredients. The salad was crisp and flavorful as well. But what truly made our visit exceptional was Perla. She is an absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind waitress and genuinely the best! Her attentiveness, warm attitude, and care throughout our meal made the experience even better. If you’re coming to Grimaldi’s, definitely ask for Perla. She’ll make your visit unforgettable! Highly recommend!

New to this place and Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and I absolutely love trying different places. Recently, I tried a new pizzeria and was blown away by the delicious flavors and perfectly cooked crust. I like the environment and if you look at the lighting is awesome especially with the wine bottles! But ordered a pizza and literally took a good 40 minutes, was it worth the wait? It tasted great but to wait that long for a pizza. C’mon do better!

First time at this restaurant and everything was amazing. The house salad with the oil and vinegar dressing. The pepperoni pizza with the basil. The waitress was on point with her customer service and making sure we got refills on our drinks. We will be back soon.

Let me begin that I love pizza. I eat pizza on average once per week. So, I am a little more critical on pizza reviews.
The atmosphere here is awesome. It’s like going to a downtown New England City Pizza Joint. Clearly set up like a pizza sport pub.
The service was perfect. No waiting, friendly, courteous, and professional.
Food and drink:
1. I ordered a cucumber mule. Very tasty, lots of cucumber, wrong glass. Glass was more suited for a gin and tonic. A mule should be served in a mule cup.
2. The salad was overwhelmed with cheese.
3. The pizza was just okay. All the toppings were in abundance, but all thrown down on the middle of the pizza. There is lots of extra room on the outside to have spread the toppings out more. Lastly, I love a rich, tasty, and zesty pizza sauce. The pizza sauce on this pizza was almost non existent. If you like pizza with little sauce, this place is for you. If I go back to eat here again, I will have to ask the server for double sauce.

Me and my girlfriend walked in today like we have many other times in the past and expected the same great food and service we always had but got completed ignored by our waitress for almost an hour in a nearly empty restaurant. Besides seating us and taking our order she never came back to check on us, give refills, ask about the food, anything. We had to beg another server just to get the side of ranch we ordered and never received with our food. Never once got any refills on any drinks and the staff in the nearly empty restaurant just ignored us. Our original waitress kept walking right past us without ever checking in or even paying attention to us. Once we were finished and the food was gone we waited patiently for almost 15 minutes to get the check. We ended up asking the same polite employee (who was NOT our actual waitress!!) for the check and she came and brought it with her.
This is not even close to the kind of experience we’ve had in the past here and not the experience l’d expect from a restaurant at this price point who prides themselves with having more celebrity visits than most 5-star restaurants. My girlfriend is convinced we received this poor service because we are an interracial couple as the tables next to us seemingly had little to no issues. We don’t plan on returning even though the food is very nice

This is my first time ordering here. It was a To-Go order.
Placed an order for an 18-inch with pepperoni and mushroom. The pizza overall was great. The sauce is a great savory flavor. Their sauce and toppings tasted amazing.
However, ordering an 18-inch with a few ingredients was not to my satisfaction. For about $30, I should not have a few ingredients. I wish I had more mushroom and more pepperoni on my pizza.
The crust is my favorite part of the pizza. With Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, the crust had no flavor.
Just want to say I will come back. I want to give it another chance. Hopefully, when that time comes, they improve next time I go.

Its hit or miss honestly. Last time we went it wasnt bad at all good food good service. We enjoyed the hot honey pepperoni pizza but didnt enjoy the next morning. Every other time we have tried this place its not been great. Great job on the solid improvements hopefully my tummy will appreciate the pizza next time.
