Found a piece of sharp plastic in my burrito bowl, looks like either a piece of an acrylic finger nail or some sort of piece of plastic. Very disgusting and disappointing, makes you wonder what their health and safety standards are… came here on 11/8/25 at around 9:30pm

Horrible. The workers there were unbelievable slow for a quick food place. I asked for vinegar 3x and finally got it on the 3rd time. There was food all over the counter and the worker was touching with her gloves on that food then sticking it in the food and my food. And from my perspective it looked like she was high, not wearing her hat right at all and talking low and slow.

I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill, and it didn’t disappoint. The best part is how customizable everything is—I was able to build my meal exactly how I like it, which is always a plus. The ingredients tasted fresh, and I especially enjoyed the variety of salsas and toppings. The guacamole, even though it costs extra, was totally worth it. The service was pretty quick, though it got a little busy when I was there, so things slowed down a bit. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I left feeling satisfied with a flavorful meal.

Honestly every chipotle in the area has issues but this one in particular is always out of something at prime dinner hours. Corporate really needs to send someone up here to see what’s happening with these chipotle locations in the Troy area. Today one of the employees assured us we were getting carne asada and not the regular steak. It was the regular steak. As customers we have a responsibility to tank this rating as much as possible so either they change or shut down.

Someone needs to call Gordon Ramsay, because the Chipotle on Crooks and Big Beaver is running a Michelin-star operation disguised as a fast-casual restaurant. The food is so consistently perfect it almost feels scripted: rice like silk, meat cooked with precision, and guac that deserves its own fan club.
The crew works with the focus of a championship kitchen, serving bowls so good you half expect a camera crew to pop out and start filming. The place is spotless, the energy is great, and whoever manages it clearly cracked the code to flawless service.
If Michelin ever starts rating burrito bowls, this location is taking home the stars. Easily the best Chipotle experience on the planet.

You know it’s a bad place when the cashier says “we don’t have receipt paper, our manager won’t put any in due to the complaints” so I’m circumventing the process by coming to google.
Stay away, no value for the money! Half scoops of meat, smallest burritos I have ever seen and they made mine so runny it turned into soup.
Out of veggies at 12pm, oops my bad they hadn’t cooked any yet! Normally order guacamole but this one was so brown I couldn’t get myself to do it.
Staff super friendly, just trained wrong. Very truthful too lol as if they don’t like they’re manager. Threw them under the bus!
Floors were dirty, but there was an employee in the lobby cleaning, I’m sure he will get to it. One Latino guy working his butt off, kudos to him tattoo behind his ear for reference.

We started coming to this location because the Royal Oak location on Woodward Ave has gotten so bad it’s unbearable. This location is unfortunately on its way to the same sad state.
Employees are maximum apathetic. We walked in tonight, no one was on the front line, the man on the grill never acknowledged us and no one spoke to us for a full 2+ minutes until an employee noticed us there finally and yelled to the back to make someone else take care of us.
The place is trashed. Appears no one has cleaned the front line at any point during this shift. At one point they started blaring music from the kitchen that was totally mixing with the dining room music into nothing but a soup of loud, ear piercing noise. We politely asked them to turn down the kitchen music a little and got nasty looks all around.
This is yet another location that’s demonstrating EVERYTHING that has gone completely downhill with Chipotle. This is just sad at this point. A once great franchise is succumbing to its own success and size, cost-cutting their way into oblivion.

This is consistently the best chipotle in the area. Stopped by on Halloween and was expecting it to be slammed for Boo-Rito. They were extremely well staffed and there was no wait! All of the employees were incredibly friendly.

I ordered online and the website ignored my preferred pickup time and made it for immediate pickup. When I called the store to change my pickup time all I got was an AI answering service that refused to transfer my call to a person inside the store. I for one am getting tired of all this AI bullshit. I want to talk to a real person. Now my food will be cold because my preferred pickup time is half an hour after what it gave me.

I visited this location on 6/18/25 at 345p. The restaurant was out of veggies and a few other things. The location was filthy and nasty upon walking into the door. When I arrived home, while carrying my food into the house my food order fell through the bag. Food spilled out everywhere!!! I’m so upset!! Money down the drain!! I don’t recommend this location!
