Came in late at 12:30 am after 5 hour ER visit with daughter. Waited half hour in line and asked if I could please be seated with my daughter as I am a disabled veteran with a back injury. Was told “NO”, not even able to complete the question. Half of the seating was occupied and the rest had plates that needed removed. By the time my food was handed to me there were empty seats available that did not need cleaned. I asked if I could please be explained why we could not sit and eat at what google said is dine-in 24 hour service. I was told it was because she had been slammed all night with inadequate help. I explained that we too had had a rough evening and it was not all about her.

Ordered Togo at this location. Everyone was dressed for the holidays and was super friendly… waited a bit longer than normal but I expected that due to it being Christmas .. all in all a great experience today at this location

What’s not to love about Waffle House?? They are masters of organized chaos. The food is consistently good. The All star breakfast is my go to. The Sullivan Rd location is our fav. Always fun to watch the cooks and waitstaff do their thing.

Went in for a late breakfast and was told it would be a few minutes before she could get to us. Well we sat there for approximately 20 minutes with not even a drink order and to top it off they were cleaning the floors around the grill which I think should have been done on the evening shift.
