Very good food with nice coupons. Customer service is always fantastic. I called the next day to ask about nutrient information for my calorie counting app and the man on the phone got the info to me and was very kind about it, even though it seemed like a silly request. Excellent pizza and short wait. I called first for pricing and explained I couldn’t find my coupon. I said I would pick up order. They gave me the discount and it was ready in 15 minutes. Best pizza and wonderful service. This is where I will bring ordering my pizza when I’m in Fox Lake from now when I’m in the area. The best all around!

We’ve been ordering from Rosati’s in McHenry due to problems with Fox Lake in the past. But over the last two years, The Fox Lake Rosati’s has become our go-to location. I’m not sure if they changed management or ownership, but whatever they’ve done it’s dramatically better. And I mean better across the board: better quality, better service and 100% correct orders even when we’ve made complicated requests. Their delivery drivers are great , too. Seems like a family environment is taking hold at Rosati’s Fox Lake!

I picked up a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. It was delicious. The chicken was tender, tasty red sauce, very good bread and cheese! Ordering and pickup were easy. I would like to know more about the ingredients in your other menu items. The website doesn’t show this. Maybe it’s something I’m missing.
