I’d like to say I could post more pictures, but I keep eating the food too fast to pause. I’ve been wanting to try out El Antojo and finally made it in. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They explain what comes with the combo meals and everything is fresh made. I love papusas and they make them right in front of you. I could just cry. I’ve been twice in two weeks and can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been eating at the Lakewood location just off I-5 since 2014. It is delicious always! The place has grown, the menu has grown, and it’s all yummy. You can still get 3 tacos and a drink for 7.99! That’s what I got today. Crispy pork had a juicy marinade, fresh flavor, and the perfect crisp today. Isabel is often here, and today, as always, she made this a great visit. Kind, helpful, warm. I always stop here when in the area. The salsa bar is great, the carrots are as good as the tacos!

I love to come here and enjoy one of the best authentic Mexican joint. Good prices, amazing quality and you can most definitely taste it in every bite. One of my favorite server Isabel, brought and introduced us to more variety food, as well as being very welcoming.

I tried their taco special, 3/7.99 to go so I could eat it at work. As I was standing there waiting, I could see a dozen other items that I wanted to try off of their menu.
I asked the lady at the counter if they make their own salsa, and she said yes, so I also ordered some chips and sauce as well. I love fresh homemade salsa, and their’s did not disappoint! Very flavorful salsa.
She told me that the taco special could come with one of three different types of meat. I didn’t know which one I should try so I asked her if I could try one of each, which they kindly let me do.
The chicken and the regular pork were both pretty good, but the “al pastor” was delicious! I would get all three tacos pastor next time.
Also I was surprised with how many vegetables and salsas threw in on the side, something that nowhere else in the area does that I know of.
Now I want to try all the other great looking items on their menu!
This is the part where I usually say- highly recommend and will return, but this one is different because I think this is going to become one of my regular go-to restaurants! Will return on a regular basis.

Honestly this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Washington. My hubby and I are from El Paso texas and we were first so disappointed when we came up to Washington, but then we found this place and it reminds us of home. The food is so good and authentic and the service is always great. Special thanks to Isabel for the impeccable hospitality. And you need to try the menudo, it’s the best!!!

This is the 4th time I come here. Food and service never disappoints, always good Mexican food. The staff is always nice. This time we were assisted by Karen, she was very charismatic and gave us a great service. The food came quick and it was delicious as always.
