We went to IHOP with my family for Christmas Day breakfast and it was great. Xayvion is a FANTASTIC server. Even though he had to work the holidays and this IHOP was jam packed, he still remained joyful the entire time. From start to finish, Xayvion was so personable, attentive and came back several times to ensure we were well taken care of. He even apologized when the food was taking longer to get out of the kitchen (they only had 2 cooks in the kitchen). It was a blessing to have him as our server on Christmas. Thank you Xayvion and the IHOP cooks for a delicious Christmas breakfast.

This is the best IHOP location I’ve ever visited. I return for two key reasons; 1) Hannah, the best server and 2) the turkey bacon !
Hannah is friendly, and warmly engages with her customers. As I stated to describe my order, she paused and said, “OK, I’ve got you. It will cost you less if you order that as a 2 x 2 meal, we’ll just sub the bacon for pancakes.” While I wasn’t aware of the IHOP ordering codes, Hannah was and she had my back. She has since remembered me on future visits. She’s not just an employee putting in their time, she genuinely wants you to enjoy your experience and strives to put a smile on your face…. Hannah provides outstanding service!
And, not to be overlooked, the turkey bacon!!! I recently went to a popular, higher priced breakfast place and their version of turkey bacon could not compare to IHOP. The bacon here is flavorful (tastes like “real bacon”) and it can actually be served crispy, the only way I like it. At other places, the turkey bacon stays rubbery, and even when ordered extra crispy it still bends! At IHOP they have it figured out!
Solid food choice and Hannah’s outstanding service, in a traditional old school diner vibe, you should give the St Charles’ IHOP a visit….. I’m sure you’ll find yourself returning too!

Hannah S was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down she was so inviting and friendly. She gave us suggestions about the menu and even let my husband taste the gravy for biscuits and gravy before he ordered. She was fabulous. What a great start to the day!

I know you are busy. But when it comes to door dash you guys need to step it up to double even triple orders. I ordered French toast with the chocolate dip and strawberries and bananas for my son. He was so excited. When it arrived you guys only putthe french toast. No chocolate dip, no syrup. No strawberries and bananas. That food was for my 5 year old. You ruined his morning, his breakfast and yet the only refund I got from door dash was $2. For you guys its the money. For me is seeing my son excited for his food from ihop.

I wanted to share my customer experience from Angie. I placed the order over the phone. She was so professional. She was so detailed, and once I got there, they had one ingredient that was not available, and she was so apologetic, and I appreciate her authenticity Of her concern that I was lacking something. I could see her being a manager 1 day. Customer service skills on a scale from 1 to 10. I give her a 20, thank you. One satisfied customer.

Hannah was our server on New Year’s Morning and what a great way to kickstart our year. She is a delight! ihop is a great go-to for breakfast with good food, a nice, clean, modern and cheerful restaurant, great service and still reasonable prices. We had a great time!
