Weird smell in the store, kids meal was tiny but was still $8 with a baby shake. Honestly if this is what this chain has become I will never go to another steak n Shake. Nobody in the parking lot when we pulled up I can see why!

I was the only customer in the store and there were no cars in drive thru . Somehow I received a cold sandwich, the cheese didn’t even melt, and the top bun was ice cold. I thought my food would have been fresh that’s why I stopped. When a restaurant has no cars that’s a warning to eat elsewhere. Being from out of town I took a chance. That was a mistake. Well, at least the onion rings were hot!!! Anyway I uploaded a pic of the cold sandwich note the cheese just sitting there not melted

Another great Steak and Shake find using Google Maps. This is a great place to experience all of your favorites and feel nostalgic at the same time. The food was great. The service was very good too. The restaurant was kept very clean. There was plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

Since when you can’t get one barbecue sauce with your chicken tender meal. Then I asked to buy one and the lady said she doesn’t know how to ring it up. They need better training.

Pulled up at 9:45pm to order a milkshake and with a customer in line said they are closed. Even though there signs say open till 10:00pm. Change your open hours to 9:45pm if you don’t want business.

Oh I love steak & shake,, but never coming to this one again.
RUDE, MEAN, HATEFUL.. Oh don’t dare be handicapped at all,, cause the guy behind the counter, the 2nd he saw my son with obvious handicapped didn’t waste a split second telling him to go over to kiosk to order in a rude way and then me right behind him. As we had trouble with kiosk,, and I tried to ask questions, then a Lady said we’ll just come on up here if you need help, but then then we told her the guy said we couldn’t order there. She says who did?? I pointed the guy out then he Lied and called us liers. Wow!!! I told lady who turned out to be a manager, told her to look on security camera and you will see,, then another lady who had walked in behind us and heard everything,, told us,, she to heard the guy tell us to go over to kiosk. Then manager was not so nice to us, and acted like we were the problem. Lady, all we came in for was lunch, not all this freaking drama. Nit a good start to out Xmas trip.

Still as fast and good as ever! Also compared to McDonald’s we feed a family of 6 for like 43 bucks here! We also aren’t big people lol

Terrible all around.. I travel a lot and love Steak n Shakes but this is by far the worse one I have ever been to.. Service was terrible.. had green mold coming out of the ice machine.. bathrooms were nasty! Like wow.. need the health department to come check this place!

Place is trash, spent over $80 and it was not worth it at all. Food was hard and cold (we were the only customers). We travel a lot, we literally look for steak and shake when we are out. Have eaten at 40+ locations and this one shouldn’t even be a steak and shake, hands down the worst location I have ever visited. This place needs a new owner

There was literally no cars in the parking lot, the workers must walk in to work. The shake was good tasting but waited 10-12 minutes and no one was there….. at supper time… sketchy to say the least..
