I went in around 1025 am to get a Breakfast sandwiches, but i changed one order to a 2 piece Dinner because the chicken had just been brought up front. I order a 2 piece wing & breast meal with Dirty rice and a Bacon egg & cheese Biscuit. Once i got home with my order i bit my biscuit and it was not done, my chicken was not fully cooked. Very Disappointing.

Every time I’ve come in (primarily mornings) they have always been very kind and my food was served quickly. Even offered great service in the snow storm. Very friendly staff, and the food quality has never disappointed me.

The representative at the register had a bad attitude. The employees are a direct reflection of the manager on duty who was just as rude. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich and I don’t eat mayonnaise. I had to pay for the honey mustard. When I told the manager I was reaching out to corporate, her response was, ok and walked off. I’ve been to Bojangles between Raleigh and Charlotte. I order the same thing. Because I don’t due mayonnaise the other locations didn’t have a problem with giving me the honey mustard i wanted on my sandwich. They both need to be fired! They probably can’t even spell customer service which would explain why they don’t understand the meaning or nature of the word. Just unbelievable nasty, rude and completely lack Frontline knowledge! The food wasn’t freshly cooked and the fries were old and cold. Didn’t want to go back in their for fear of what else they might do! I need somebody to read and reimburse me!

Food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. Remove the AI that takes orders. I haven’t eaten at any bojangles because the stupid AI isn’t worth talking too just to get dried up and crusty old chicken with barely seasoned fries.

I should have known that it could not be a good experience when I walked in and the place was a pig pen. Filthy as can be. Kiosk order only no cash. Second bad sign. Food took 15 minutes to put together and then it was cold. Staff was rude as well. Never stop here again and probably all Bojangles for a very very long time to come. Should have driven a mile or so to the Chick-Fil-A. Live and learn

Ive never had a problem getting extra sauces until now. I got 3 meals, with only 1 sauce, and they tried to charge me for 2 more. Also you got 2 of my 3 drink orders wrong. Horrible service, and arrogant management

Just got home from the worst bojangles experience. They have one of the automated speakers and it did not catch me ask for my meal to be no sized. When asked if I could pay the difference and no size it she said no and “that what I got is what I paid for”. When I stated that it was ok she said “yeah it is gonna be ok today”
It was made a huge deal and when I got home my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit had no egg and I didn’t receive the honey mustard I paid extra for. Needless to say I will be going out of my way to go to another bojangles or different place entirely.

I was not satisfied with this visit at all. I went through the drive which was not in service and was not blocked off at all to say it’s closed. So I had to drive around back and park and go into order. Once I get into order, there is a line of course. Once I order my food, I wait over 15 minutes for my order at least 10 to 15 people that went after me got their orders before I did. My order was very simple two kids supreme meals, and that was it. All I got was I’m sorry I didn’t see your ticket and I’m sorry for the wait. Not offered a refund, not offered any other things. I will no longer be going to this restaurant if it wasn’t for me ordering for someone else I would have left. No matter the time of day you go to this restaurant there is always an issue. I understand that they probably changed management in the last couple years several times. The service is never consistent. And I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Maybe it’s just time to close the doors and try again somewhere else.
