We came in around 830 and there was 3 of us. We came in and the girl who sat us did not seem very enthused or welcoming. She sat us and got us our drinks then faya came and said she was our server , then got our appetizer order. While mostly pleasant, she did not seem very interested in being there either especially as time went on. I ordered a brioche French toast breakfast with over hard, sausage, side of sausage, and a stack of blueberry cakes. My fiancè ordered a BYO breakfast , choc chip cakes, bacon, and scrambled. We get our food, and my eggs and sausage are on her plate, and hers on mine. Then, after switching the food, i notice my eggs are not over hard…. the chocolate chip cakes were “crunchy”. Would not describe the servers as attentive, chased them down to get a cold drink instead of hot chocolate that I originally ordered after finishing the HC, and then asked for a refill of my fiancès drink. Even after bringing our food out appetizer plate still sat there with my empty mug as well. When the quality of food was brought to Fayas attention, she apologized and said she would have the cakes remade for us, I said I would deal with the eggs as is. At checkout very minimal communication at all as well. As someone who has worked for perkins in the past, and been a line cook and server for several years, I am disappointed. Seems mcdonalds may be a better option in this town, better quality for cheaper. Not a good impression for someone visiting from out of town…..

The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our waitress, Sandy, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. She checked in at just the right moments and kept everything running smoothly. Great service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!

I rarely ever go to a Perkins but every time I do, it’s always such a pleasant experience. My waitress, Jannell, was so kind to me this visit! And very friendly with the other tables around me! Love this place!

Our waitress was good to tell us they were slow/short staffed last night. The food tasted good, my tater tots were cold, but since they were really busy I didn’t want to complain.
I’d definitely think about doing training on professionalism in the workplace as I could hear them complaining to each other about other people as we waited for our food and it didn’t make for the be as t atmosphere, but definitely Gave off the small town vibe. We left a good tip because I could tell our waitress was stressed.

Came in on a Tuesday night and Faye was such a sweetheart. So welcoming and she immediately wanted to get our beverages going. She was super friendly and got our food order right away. Food was out in 20 minutes and hot and fresh! Thanks Fays for a great night.

Very chill, quiet atmosphere. Decor is a little outdated. I got the Chicken Biscuit Breakfast Meal. It was delicious! Very large portions for the price and the service was kind as well.
Everyone in my party was satisfied with their meal as well. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back to try more!
