I know policy is that employees wash hands when/after using the bathroom it was a bit disgusting to see a male employee come out of the toilet stall and follow me out the door to go into the kitchen. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant but no answer. Just that this policy needs more enforcement as it is not nice to think of my food being prepared after someone takes a dump and doesn’t wash his hands.

They’ve just finished a remodel. Drinks are now filled behind the counter. You must ask for refills, napkins, straws & condiments. I used the kiosk as no counter person was in view. After finishing up, no receipt printed. Had to get in line after 2 people who came in just as I was waiting for reciept. Asked again whether I wanted to donate & I had to ask for a receipt twice. Food was up, after the 2 who ordered in person, on a tray. Order was clearly marked “to go”. I told the person it was to go, the same person who finalized the order on the register. She was quite put out that I needed it bagged, could tell by the force she used to toss the items in. Would have preferred she had given me the bag & let me do it myself. Less food loose on the bottom of the bag.

It’s a McDonald’s, but part of the buy in is you know what you are gonna get, except at this particular location. There is at least a 50% chance that my order will be messed up or items missing. I can never be sure if they will have the drink that I want. They
went two weeks out of orange juice. Seems like that would be a staple item. They went weeks advertising lemonade but not having it. They defrost the frozen drink machines during peak hours. This particular restaurant has been here a long time but they are still making rookie mistakes.

Pricey garbage. Dry rubbery fries. Cold burger. The prices are going up and yet the food quality is still terrible. You would think if you’re going to keep jacking the prices up on your customers, you’d actually serve them something edible. The food was barely tolerable. I am finally done wasting my money trying to see if McDonald’s improves. It has been a long time since I’ve had a good meal at McDonald’s. The nostalgia is finally wearing off and I’m seeing it for what it really is: A big waste of money.

Every single time I go through their drive thru they get my order wrong. Today I ordered two Chicken Nugget Happy Meals and ended up with Cheeseburgers instead. This McDonald’s is horrible and completely incompetent at getting any type of simple order correct.
