Although, I wasn’t there for food, I saw two girls that worked there smoking weed outside on that property. It’s a shame. And they seemed like it was ok to stand there and smoke as costumers walked in and out.

This Taco Bell is sadly falling apart on its evening tours shift. I don’t know who runs the place, but it seems management doesn’t care to. One of the employees is disrespectful and unprofessional when questions are being asked, or orders being placed, and received at the drive thru with snarky responses. You can clearly hear the employee laughing while cracking inappropriate jokes/conduct on the intercom. Not to mention, he appeared to be high on drugs. Orders are always incorrect. The wait time when you’re the only person in line seems like an eternity. This wasn’t a rare incident, its happened multiple times on the evenings shift. This isn’t a comedy show or someone talking to their friends. This is a place of business and I’m a paying customer who should be welcomed with respect and taken seriously. Higher level management needs to address this ongoing problematic issue immediately. Otherwise, it may soon end up out of business like the pizza hut next door to them.

This location is so hit or miss, do better. They literally left part of my order out then left us waiting fir like 20 mins walk inside they arent even making it, the manager is standing there doesnt care at all as to whats going on. Soda spilled all over the dining room floor nobody cleaning it up, food literally all over the kitchen floor absolutely disgusting.

I barely eat taco bell but my wife wants it, ordered ahead via app come pickup from drive thru, they take forever for a single order and it’s only us who’s waiting, there’s nobody else. Imagine if it gets busy I won’t have to wait an hour? This is ridiculous. Fast food that can be done in 5 minutes but they took 15 minutes what the hell

I wasn’t here for my order I was picking up a delivery and I witnessed one of the employees pick up something off the floor to throw away and then continued to make tacos. Gross. Glad I saw that. Came back today to pick up a order and was ignored for 15 minutes even after trying to get the attention of two employees. Updated 10/4 today I picked up a delivery. My customer wanted no ice in their drink so I asked them to make it that way and they got angry because they already made a cup with the ice smh. Saying things like pour it yourself then and we don’t care what your order says our screen says ice. Like its a soda just make it!

Worst experience ever at a Taco Bell. Took 30 mins to even order to learn that they are out of almost everything. Lady taking the order doesn’t even know the menu. Waited 10 mins at the window. We’re out of lemonade so switched to starry. Turns out they were out of starry too cause it was only carbonation. They forgot the nachos, didn’t even wrap the tacos and one of the tacos was almost empty. Wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Or even going to Taco Bell at all cause they are almost all like this now a days.

My food was made incorrectly. Thats why I gave 3 stars. However, I wanted to say the young man working the drive thru was doing a great job. He was taking orders and running all the orders to the cars outside. He also had a great attitude while doing all that work. The employee was working drive during the lunch shift on 10/23.

This place needs to be shut down. 4 pc chicken tenders for 9 dollars and they look like they came from under the deep fryer forgotten about for a month and someone decided to bag em up. I love taco bell but not yours this was truly a crazy experience.
