The food was awesome. The only real issue was a family with a screaming child. Enough is enough parents. There is a point where you should have the decency to leave the restaurant if you can not control your child.

What’s not good about waffle House? It’s fresh short order cook meals like I remember growing up as a kid at the truck stop. From the cooks talking about their life to the staff discussing their emotions and drama and how many hours they’ve worked this week. Foods always good I have no complaints.

It’s a waffle house for god sake, you get what you pay for. My guilty pleasure place, food is always consistent. First time I went here I was served by an incredibly sweet older lady who worked hard despite several strokes, I think of her from time to time and hope she’s okay.

When I walked in no one welcomed me or my friends. After we found a table the lady took our order and got us our beverages. The tables are a bit small for 4 as I was having difficultly keeping everything in front of me. I ran out of orange juice in the middle of my meal, and no one asked if I wanted a refill. Also, we heard a lot of job drama while eating our food. The food wasn’t bad though. I just think the service could’ve been improved.

We went at 4 AM and it was fantastic! The two guys working there were so super nice. The food came out fast, hot, and perfectly made. Would definitely go back again at this time of night. 🙂

We had been driving for a very long time and decided to stop here to walk our dog and for some coffee and a little snack. I am very glad that we did because the staff at this location is the BEST!! They were all so kind and friendly, plus they invited my small dog in for a snack as well. If we are ever back in Fort Smith, I’ll definitely stop in! Thanks y’all ☺️

Ft Smith Waffle House on Hwy 71bad experience. Place was nasty, floors were covered with old food, dirty dishes everywhere, waitresses standing around doing nothing, after sitting ourselves at table, the two cooks came in from outside about 10 minutes later. One cook without name tag was singing and being loud and obnoxious to customers and fellow staff, then they messed up multiple orders around dining room. Food was overcooked.Cook would not shut up. Several other customers were commenting he must be high. Waitresses were busy interacting with each other and not cleaning tables. Friday night August 1 around 11:30 pm
