Been 2 Luna’s twice in the past 2 weeks. The first we came it was during a crazy wind storm and temperatures close to freezing, it’s the weather we left to come to sunny Florida but that doesn’t matter for the review…
Both times we were seated almost right away, the seating seems to be whoever has time will seat you (can’t say that’s how it is just what it seemed like to me.) But we were seated fairly quickly. Shout out to Baisia (sp??) who served us on our first dining experience, she was terrific.
If you’ve read my other reviews you know I’m gluten-free, if you haven’t…I’m gluten-free They offer gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust and they have gluten-free fettuccine pasta, so i felt accommodated with regards to the menu. I had pasta Bolognese the first visit. It was quite good. The 2nd visit I had chicken Marsala also delicious . Both times I had enough leftover for another meal at home. My husband ordered pizza both nights. The 1st time it came out exactly the way he asked, light on the cheese and crust very well done, he was so happy. The 2nd time they didn’t quite get the light on the cheese memo but he still thought the pizza was excellent, he just scraped off some of the cheese.
The place is small: about 5 both, a couple 2 seaters, and a handful of 4 tops or larger. There is also outside seating, too. They also have a take out window, which is cool.

My wife and I come here on a semi regular basis. The food and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic. Our server Baija is really Great! She has a nice way of making you feel real special. If you are ever in the area, try this place out.

We’ve been going to Luna”s for over 30 years, albeit we had not dined there in over a year. We stopped yesterday late afternoon at 4:30pm for an early dinner as we were in the area snd hungry. Came into dining room which was empty except for one waitress. Wanted to sit outside but were told that was only for the take out window service. We sat ourselves inside. Waitress gives us menus and takes drink order. We were surprised by healthy increases in prices since our last visit but stayed. Ordered a caprese salad to share, and two pasta dishes: linguine with white clam source, penne with red marinara sauce and sausages. The caprese salad was so so and instead of balsamic vinegar had a thick garlic paste on top. It was different not bad but not traditional as we ordered. We had to wait for waitress to come around to request balsamic vinegar to add to it. Again, no one else inside. Main dishes delivered in a timely fashion, served and waitress disappeared. Had to wait for her to ask for some red pepper flakes, which she brought out promptly. Now there’s only one more table of 4 in the dining room. I kept wondering what was keeping her so busy. I go to the bathroom and see her with another employee sitting at a counter/desk behind the petition chatting away. No manager, no supervision. Had a cannoli shared by us 2, and asked gor check. $103 plus we gave $20 top. Pricey we thought for level of service. I don’t know if it was off because it was a Monday and kind of in between lunch and normal dinner hour, but the vibe family owned vibe and service was not there. Don’t know who owns it now but it’s not the same as it was years ago when Dan and family owned and ran it.

This is hands down one of our most favorite place to go for date night. The pizza and garlic knots are so good. The staff is always smiling and so pleasant. We love to order from the window and then sit in one of their outdoor tables to enjoy our delicious meal, that never fails to satisfy. Being in downtown Stuart, makes this even better since we can then go for a lovely, romantic stroll. Each time we leave there, we’re already looking forward to the next time. Highly recommend this place for great pizza and a great time. Go … You went regret it

Ordered on the phone to pick up a pizza. We got the house special. They have a little pick up window to pick it up from as well as a sit-down restaurant on the other side. We loved the pizza, it was amazing and I am a pizza snob. The meatball slices had a great flavor and everything together was perfect. We also got the garlic knots, they were good but not amazing.

The pizza is good but the service is infuriating. A) They upcharge for sauce with the garlic knots. Really? B) It took us 30 seconds to get our knots, and 25 minutes to get our two slices of pizza. A dude in front of us is still waiting for his 2 slices of cheese and he clearly missed intermission at the play he was watching. C) Every time we’ve ever been here they’ve either closed early or been out of stuff over an hour before closing. They were “out” of meat lovers and “not making any more” tonight despite there being 6 people in the kitchen at 7:30 pm on a Friday…
To summarize, we live nearby and it’s our first time actually getting food at this place despite having tried several times and it took forever. Our slices seemed like they’d been sitting there for a while but were pretty good.
P.S. – The guy who ordered before us still doesn’t have his two slices of cheese. There is an entire cheese pizza sitting in the window. I think the play might be almost over by the time he gets it.

Great food and great atmosphere. The restaurant is on the smaller side but that means that all the food you get is fresh as can be. We waited about 15 minutes for two of us. So make sure S you go to eat here on the weekends, you get there early. The meatballs were to die for I could’ve eaten those as my main meal. Pizzas are fairly large so I decided to get a slice which, as you can see was still pretty large. I enjoyed every bite!
