-10. A NEW employee FIRST day was thrown on the drive through, he did his best he could great worker really i felt horrible for him. As he’s asking for help from another coworker i can hear them laughing in the background. from fast food experience you should NEVER throw a FIRST DAY employee on drive though( by themselves ) might i add there’s 3 total coworkers and 2 cars in line took them 5 minutes to make my first order and another 5-10ish for my second.

I arrived late into the city from my long flight to the hotel and this was what I thought to be a late night safe solution. Unfortunately, this was far from it! I have never gotten such horribly made tacos from Taco Bell. Whoever did this should be ashamed! Imagine flying in and everything is closed and you think okay this will work and you get what I gotten. No diablo sauce as requested and tacos for a toddler.

By far the worst one in this area with the second being Hebron. But at least Hebron has nice service from time to time. This place is always out of everything you try to order and then they give you attitude for something that’s their fault. How can a taco bell ever be out of baja blast? I don’t know, just ask the experts at this location. I always go to 42 or Mt. Zion but I went to mall road this time out of the convenience of my grandmother and they were rude right as soon as we pulled up to the speaker, then continued to be rude when we pulled up to the window… sorry we had to inconvenience you to do YOUR JOB. Safe to say, I wont be back at this location.

Que is our drive thru guy and he is phenomenal!!! My boyfriend and I get off work around midnight and we go to Taco Bell to refuel and whenever we pull up with our mobile order he is enthusiastic and brings up the energy. Whenever he’s working we get our food in a timely fashion and the order is always correct!!!

Took forever to get the food. So you would think it would be hot and fresh. Wrong! Horrible wrap over cooked put a pinch of meat in each order. Customer Service is trash nobody wants to help Service you like your invisible. Pass on this taco bell hear on out.

So usually this Taco Bell does pretty well, the tacos come fresh, the coworkers are funny, etc. But they were a little off today. My boyfriend and I go on our 30 minute break, and the food takes 20 minutes, and most of the food was cold, and my boyfriend’s cheesy roll up wasn’t even heated up. Like, the cheese was still grated. They gave him a side eye giving him his food and slammed it down on the counter. I know there are off days in retail/food service, but dude. As retail workers, there is no need to take your bad day out on others.
