One of my favorite chain burgers in the usa. I don’t think I’ve ever been served a bad burger here in almost 6 years of going consistently.

They don’t even deserve half a star; but it doesn’t let you leave that. After waiting an hour for a pick up order, we went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes to get to the window to be told to walk in as it wasn’t ready. Then when we got inside, no one was there to help and even more the pick up order area did not have the orders in the correct spot. To find out an hour later after asking where ours is for the second time, they said they couldn’t find it so they were going to remake it. We received it finally but definitely was not hot and fresh, most likely had been lost in the back somewhere sitting getting cold. Not to mention the entire of the staff did not want or feel the need to ask if we need help the whole time we were in the location. At no point was a refund offered, just two coupons for a free item which after this experience I will never be coming back. I kindly gave them to another lady in the restaurant with her kids. Simple customer service is not hard to give.

It’s like an old-fashioned diner! Except they serve vegetarian burgers also. We like their shoestring fries and the custard is yummy and they can make several different variations.

I haven’t done a review in years but had to post this because this is a straight up health hazard and I feel like I SHOULD warn people. As the common saying goes, “I would give zero stars if I could” except this time, for a VERY valid reason.
I ordered a burger combo, but the problem was with the custard sundae I ordered (vanilla with toppings of cheesecake/brownie/cookie dough and chocolate sauce)
After only a few bites I felt something off in my mouth and when I spit it out I discovered a large FINGERNAIL in it. This is horrifying. I called the place to let them know and the employee seemed annoyed I was even calling! Offered a refund which I didn’t even want I just wanted the problem addressed! I told them not to serve the vanilla custard until they figured out how a fingernail got in there but she just kept getting annoyed and wanted to get off the phone so I gave up.
I contacted the Tulsa Health Department about this place–so if any of you employees see this you better get ready for an inspection because this is NOT okay. I have an autoimmune disease and all of that nasty bacteria on that fingernail can get me very ill.
My husband picked up the food for me when I ordered it online and even told me when he walked in there the place was disgusting looking and there was rotting food on the floor.
Stay away from this place until they get their act together. Freddy’s used to be great, no wonder they closed the other one down it’s going downhill.

Ribeye burger was excellent! Only problem was fries were tiny shoe strings. I hate those bc you can’t pick them up. Wife’s chicken sandwich was rubber. Guy calling out the order numbers was quite a comic.

Everything was very good! I got the crispy chicken club meal with sweet tea. I didn’t think to take a pic of the sandwich but it was surprisingly good! It was fresh/crispy and had a good flavor! I would have liked a little more bacon flavor, so it would be nice if it was a little thicker cut bacon or another piece or two. But overall I would get this again! The fry portions are huge!! They are small and crispy little perfect fries. I tried a bite of my husband burger and it had such a great flavor. Good quality meat and cooked perfectly. One of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile. I usually don’t get burgers but I’ll be getting one next time. I got the sweet tea and it was perfect as well. I like to dip my fries in honey mustard cuz I don’t like ketchup. The honey mustard had a nice taste and was kind of horseradish forward, so if you’re not into that, now you know. But you should try it with the fries! My toddler got a chicken strip kids meal. The chicken was fresh and juicy! He liked the little toy they gave us and they had chocolate milk. Before we left we decided to get an ice cream. I got the PBC & B concrete, my husband got the classic turtle concrete. I usually love banana ice cream, which is why I wanted to try the PBC & B (peanut butter cup and banana ). But it didn’t have much of a banana taste but there definitely were fresh bananas! So that was nice! It was good but my husband turtle concrete was much better! This was so good! And we will be coming back

First time I had a burger that was the perfect experience of salty, savory, cheesy, juicy goodness that was everything I want out of a burger. The fries are super crisp. And Brandon was extremely friendly.
Most recent visit I had a vanilla shake with strawberry blended in. Mmmm! Definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! And Brooke, or as her staff seems to affectionately call her, “Mom”, is a sweetheart.
Will absolutely be back!

My post was deleted, but this place is sooooo good I will never forget it. I had the Chicago Dog and my friend had the Philly.
My hot dog was perfect, the Mustard and Relish we’re in the bottom, under the dog, it was absolutely AMAZING. and the milkshake will bring all the boys to the yard . The staff was friendly and quick, but never rushed us it being my first time and all, but not the last . Cost + kindness of staff + quantity + quality of food = happy repeat custom, will be taking hubby here for lunch today, can wait!!!!!!!!!
