Me and my buddy stopped by today to see if we would like it. The answer is yes. The food was very good, the draft beer was real cold! Our server Amie was fantastic and had great smile. They have 24 beers on Tap and a great menu. We will be back.

Food is phenomenal and loaded with flavor. The roasted pork is incredible! Cuban sandwich is definitely one of the best I’ve ever had, maybe THE best! Appetizer sampler was great as well. Fries are cooked in beef tallow, so they are crispy and flavorful. Tres leches cake was an amazing way to end the meal. Can’t go wrong with anything at this place. Staff was friendly and quick. My wife and I live over an hour away, but when we want fresh authentic Cuban food, we now know where we’re coming from now on.

This place is fantastic! I was only in town to go to court, and after, I asked the Police guards where to grab lunch. They didn’t hesitate to say “Angela’s”. They were right! The Mojo Pork sandwich was fantastic!! The beans and rice were perfectly cooked, tasty, and combined at the right ratio. If you like Cuban food put Angela’s on your list of “Must Visit”! A pleasant experience of Sunday brunch was had at Angela’s Miami Grill. Cuban sandwiches could have had more pork layered in, but were still delectable with the La Segunda Cuban bread. Service of brunch was swift and food arrived quite warm.
The atmosphere was welcoming with instrumental Christian music played on Sunday and families and friends gathered at the tables. I would suggest additional seating (outdoors or indoors) or another location as seats took 35 minutes.
Overall, great for a reminiscence of my home state of FL with family.

First time coming here. Ordered the tostones rellenos and it was good but I wouldn’t order it again. The Miami steak sandwich was good but the meat was cooked well done when I asked for medium. The tres leches cake was good, not too overly sweet but close to it.

Love the service, they have a band on Friday night, they have the best burgers in town. I got a double smashed burger with regular toppings. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. You definitely be taking leftovers home. They keep pretty busy in assuming because the food is good.

Today my first time at Angela’s Miami Grill. I’ve had a lot of friends keep telling me to check it out. Love the live entertainment and atmosphere. The food excellent. Yes, a great experience and delicious food. I’m definitely planning to be a regular. Tonight Derek and myself went to Angela‘s in Athens to meet my cousin Jay and his wife Jody for dinner. They are in town on business. Derek wanted to do the taco Tuesday so he ordered tacos. I ordered a salad and my cousin and his wife ordered tacos and they also had some chips and salsa while waiting on us to arrive.. . when the tacos came out, the meat was cold and the tortilla shells. The dough was like they had not been cooked or warmed and they had no flavor so Derek eating pork did not want to eat cold pork so he asked to send them back and explained why.A few seconds guy with long greasy hair, approached our table and told my cousin to never come back and got angry about something. The waitress told us that he was upset because my husband sent his food back because it was cold.. what an idiot! Actually a raging lunatic! Derek myself nor any member of my family will ever step foot and Angela’s again! When I went to the gentleman that was working the cash register and ask him who the gentleman was, he laughed and said believe it or not his name is Dave and he’s the owners boyfriend! We have been to Angela’s many times, but I assure you tonight was the last. Also, serving cold pork is definitely not food safety and it’s supposed to be cooked to a certain temperature. Apparently, they didn’t teach him that or how to act like a professional. It was 3 tacos apparently they can’t afford to lose the sale on three cold tacos. I will add the server was apologizing and the other staff. They said he acts this way all the time! So to everyone support that raging lunatic I hear we have some great new places in Athens like Pie Hounds and Hero’s. I had much rather support them!

First time here and everything was outstanding. We had Tostones Rellenos, Ropa Vieja and Cuban Sandwiches. We ate every bite and ordered more to go. Our server Chris took great care of us and really made our experience exceptional. Cheers all around. We will definitely return. YUM

The food was really good. The place was very clean. We ended up sitting at the bar and the bartender was less than attentive although the staff was very friendly. They had a variety of TV screens with different things going on and they asked if there was anything in particular that we would like to watch which was very refreshing. There was entertainment. Although, I think that it may have been amateur night, because the quality of entertainment was less than par.
