When having a huge global event, Ambassador should know to staff accordingly although the food is good the Superbowl event and long wait time was ridiculous in Irvington there was no type of organization,and not only that Door dash Uber eats ECT come in showing their orders on their phone like they know the order numbers smh please do better with service. on large events and stop being cheap literally I wanted to jump in the back to help , orders we’re on the shelf on top of that employees were shouting the wrong names or saying it wrong with their broken English at least train the workers or get some workers that know how to work this is just Irvington the other locations are good in East Orange last but not least Layoff the damn Salt sometimes the food is excellent and other times the seasoning is too damn salty

The wings are good, though a bit tiny at times. When the owner is onsite the service is fast. Atmosphere is typical of any fried chicken spot, the waiting area is clean.

Food was cold and hard and taste like the Oil/Grease was old!. French fries wasn’t eatable and the whiting fish was so soild i could crack somebody on the head with it like it was a brick!. Red velvet was good tho!

They don’t have people to work they have only one guy he doesn’t even know how to talk to the customer keeps bumbling if you ask him for something taking too long to get the order ready. Everyone inside looks like they drunk or lost. I went to pickup the order it was 3 items and they took mad long. When I ask the guy to hurry up he started cursing and saying cancel the order let someone else come for it after I waited 30 minutes inside. Very cheap customer service

My squad got 20 chicken wings, salad, two strawberry cheesecakes and onion rings. Everyone (except me because I don’t eat meat) loved the chicken wings. The onion rings were alright, nothing to write home about. The salad was so fresh! The cakes were delicious!!! Scrumptious!
They take cash and credit/debit. They have an ATM that has a 0.75 cent fee which is convenient. Staff is friendly. Be mindful who you speak to as this is the hood, but everybody knows the hood always has the best chicken and Chinese spots. This place is always busy.

I love their chicken, but I will never order from here again. I ordered 3 pcs of Whiting fish, 6 shrimp and fries. This is what I recieved! Not to mention….. nothing is seasoned. I put my own salt and pepper on the fries!…..
