The server had 2 tables and was slow for refills and getting orders. The restaurant is self sitting. Tv’s plenty of sports to watch. Atmosphere low key, not excited about any of sports. The temperature of the food is hot and fresh. Great deals for food if in the rewards program.

The food is what you expect. Not bad at all. Love the bugers especially. Food is great. The waiters and bartenders are nice. One important thing needs attention is restroom cleanliness. The hand dryer is all busted up. The toilets are always nasty. Every time. The restrooms need to be checked on more often. I cannot use the toilet!!! Cant be sitting on that.

Really enjoyed lunch with the family. Had to wait a bit for service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. They gave you an option to order by scanning vs through an actual person. (We ordered through our server) I ordered the chicken sandwich and OMG so delish. Definitely would recommend.

Sat at the bar on my birthday, i was the only person at the bar and i told the bartender it was my birthday. I placed my food order and got a beer and the bartender didnt talk to me until i was ready to check out. So crappy service and on top of that you dont ever get a free dessert for your birthday unless you spend more than $15. Geez just overall crappy service on BWWs part.

This was my first visit, place looked decent. Food was made and served freshly. Person who waited our table took care to meet our expectations. He brought the food as we requested and served with smile. Food was amazing, tasted great!

I had a terrible experience there. We received an entire order for 4 people that was horrible. Out of the four 2 we’re absolutely no good whatsoevlr. I will say the manager made it partially correct in the end. The second time we got food it was still over cooked as far as a burger goes. She only let us have some of the food that was ruined replaced. I suggest if you want a good meal don’t go there. The worst thing that happened was the manager made it sound like I was lying. I took pictures for her. The really dark picture was supposed to have been the burger and the burnt bun. The burger wasn’t fit for human consumption or an animal.

Went for lunch today. Granite it was during a Bengals game so it was a little crazy. I hate that they don’t seat you though when it’s this busy. No one noticed we had sat down at first. Then, a family was hanging around our table waiting for another table by us to leave and asking them if they were leaving soon. It’s obnoxious and intrusive. Our waitress was nice and doing her best. Our food still came out pretty quick and was good. Refills took a minute.

I have to leave 1 star just to rate them. They do not deserve a single star. This was by far the worst experience. We arrived at sat our selves. When the waitress came to our table we placed our drink order. My wife and the 2 other ladies that were with us ordered water and I ordered a beer. They were out of the beer I wanted so I ordered a different one. We then sat for 10 to 15 mins and was able to place our food order. There were 3 orders of wings with wedges and fries and a cheeseburger with wedges. We sat for at least 30 mins waiting on our food. Mind you that there were 3 other tables with customers and 1 of those tables were sat after we were and they received their food before we did. I was tired of waiting for our food, so I got up and went to talk to a manager. The manager, Kay is her name, informed me that our food would be done in 2 min and that the wings take 18 mins to cook. I told her that we had been there for 50 mins at that time. She said that our food would be out in 2 mins, so if we wanted to wait we could or we could leave. We decided to wait since we were hungry. Our waitress came to our table about 10 mins after the conversation with the manager and told us that she was sorry and that the kitchen staff didn’t want to work and we’re taking their time. So I went to the manager again and told her that if our food was cold that we were not paying for it and that I would pay for the 2 beers that I had and the order of cold cheese curds that we ate. She said that our food was up so I went and sat back down. When we received our food the wedges were all cold, 2 oder of wings were cold and my wife’s cheeseburger that she ordered without mustard had extra mustard on it. My wings were luke warm and one of the wings that was right on top was covered in feathers. I got the manager again and said something about the feathers and she replied very unprofessionally with “we dont pluck the chickens” and i said it took long enough that you could have and then said that we need our check and that I will pay for the 2 beers and the cold curds that we ate. She then brought the bill to us and she tried charging me for the original beer that I wanted ,that they were out of, and the curds. She laid it on the table in front of me and started to walk away huffing. My wife said ” oh, thank you we accept your apology “. Kay, the manager, turned and looked at my wife and gave her a very nasty look and walked away. 1 of the other ladies took our check and took it to another waitress to get the third beer taken off and we then received our new check. I paid the check and we left. On the way out my wife snapped a picture of the General manager’s number on the window and proceeded to our car. Kay, the manager waited til we were almost to our car and opened the front door and proceeded to yell very aggressively at my wife and her cousin, then shut and locked to door. This manager, Kay, was very unprofessional and impolite. In my line of work, I have to provide very professional customer service and take care of my customers. This woman has no buisness being a manager. She has no professionalism and doesn’t know how to treat or try and take care of her customers. If google would allow me, I would rate this restaurant with no or negative star rating. I am very displeased with this restaurant and won’t be back
