The food was excellent and there was lots of open seating. Everything was great except it was sooooo hot in there. We even pulled the shades down to block the sun but it was unbearable. Everything was automated too. You place your own order and get your own drink refills!

Food is always tasty for the most part, they have some of the best shakes & fries. Someone needs to show them how to make Sweet Tea, every time I have ordered it, it taste like regular tea. The Waitress staff could be a little more professional, my last visit our waitress didn’t check on us & then we had to ask numerous times for our bill, not sure if they’re overworked, but they need to pay better attention to their customers in general when eating inside. It may be better to just order take-out or go through drive-thru.

The food was fantastic and the service was way better than I’m used to for steak and shake. Drive thru at 8:30 at night for a quick burger, fries and shake and Jameice was awesome. Excellent service, fast, love the cooked in beef tallow too!

Just got home with my order. Received 2 chilli 5 ways in STYROFOAM TO GO BURGER CONTAINERS that were about HALF the portion and leaking grease everywhere. Also received regular fries instead of cheese fries. And to top it all off the food tasted horrible and was Luke warm at best. Is this location the next to close? Don’t go here regardless. ZERO STARS FOR THE ZERO GOOD EFFORT BY THE EMPLOYEES!

The employees there on 11/7/2021 made this a horrible experience. Everything about the order was messed up. Not one thing correct. I order through the app and when I pulled up to pick order 20 minutes layer I was told the order was ready except “we don’t have the chili right now… everything else is ready… please pull around to front.” I waited for another 15 minutes when he walked out, handed me a heat-sealed bag, and said “the milk shake machine is down and we don’t have any chili.” I drove to drive thru to order a burger for my wife who was going to eat chili and the employee would not take my order. I repeated many times very clearly that I would pay for another burger and he kept saying that the manager would not answer the phone so he did not know what to do. Fir the sixth time, I said “Just make me a burger I will pay for it.” I said the last two loudly enough for other cars to me. When I got home and unsealed the bag, there were no fries, burger was wrong, nothing I ordered on burger was there, only half the chicken strips were there, and no sauces for the chicken. Photo shows everything in bag, three chicken strips and a plain burger for $30!
