Makes the second time I’ve went through to get my breakfast asked for a large with an extra biscuit now I know they do this because I’ve gotten many time before. But this is ridiculous when I’m paying extra for biscuits and I’m not getting it and of course I can’t leave work to go get another one please watch what you’re doing and when they ask for extra and they’re paying for it, put it in there you may hit your job or not like it but no one likes your job but they deal with it.

Our curbside was ready when we pulled up. That never ever happens at the McDonald’s anywhere near Las Vegas so we were pretty happy about that. Plus the food was good.

I have eaten at McDonald’s on four continents, even in countries where I had to point because I didn’t speak their language.
I have never had to wait as long as I waited here for a quarter pounder. It was okay when I got it but fries were cold.
Soda is flat too but I’m not saying anything. I want to get home today, and there’s no telling how long it’ll take them to fix the soda fountain.
On a positive note the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

This is one of the better McDonalds locations for sure. I am in the Elkins area about 6 times a year. Charlotte always happens to be there when I stop by and makes my day better. She is always on top of keeping the restaurant clean – I rarely see a crumb. She also always checks on me, whether to ask if I’ve been served yet or to see if I’m comfortable. Charlotte is very kind and provides top-notch customer service. It’s rare to see workers of her quality anymore.

I stopped by for a quick lunch on my way to an meeting. I was almost late because they were SO SLOW! They didn’t have the fries ready & I waited 15 minutes for my food. There was a huge line. This was 1:38 pm on a Saturday…this should not have happened.

Just ordered a quarter pounder and it is covered in steak seasoning. There was an older lady cleaning the floor and was cussing at her employees and customers coming in for walking on it. She made a couple move after they were sitting down and eating. The coke machine had mold bursting out of the top and the tea lids looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months.

recently they’ve just became more and more rude. walked in one day because they got my order wrong, there were multiple people in there because they kept getting everyone’s orders wrong. and while i was waiting you could very clearly hear the manager screaming at everyone telling them to and i quote “get their shit together” service is absolutely awful. don’t hire people who don’t understand basic service.

Decided to go inside because the drive thru lane had about 15 to 20 cars in line. Big mistake. After ordering on the kiosk heard other customers complaining about a 30 minute wait. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt. So played food roulette. After waiting 30 minutes for the food, we got it without a soda. Cashier informed us that she can’t see we ordered soda if ordering by the kiosk. Got the food to the car and noticed I had a small coffee inside my large cup. Food was what was expected, it’s why I gave food 2 stars. This is a management issue. If you don’t have enough employees shut it down until you do.

Ok so i spend a lot of money at this place and I expect to be herd when I ask for something. I never have an issue with the staff but two of the managers have been less than attentive. For one. This McDonald’s in Elkins charges more for everything. I personally enjoy the mocha frappè with Carmel drizzle then add an extra Carmel. Now I’m paying a dollar for it so it shouldn’t be an issue getting it. They all know me by name and one manager completely ignored me asking for them to make it right and the other one gave one of the late night employees a hard time because she did make it right and I complimented her for it.
