The young lady that helped me with super friendly and helpful.
I ordered a Greek burger, cheese curds and an extra heavy cookie dough shake.
The curds were amazing. They were piping hot, Great coating and flavor was sharp. I believe there were 10-11 curds for the price.
The shake was good. The cookie dough flavor was odd.
The Greek burger was tatsy, but it fell apart within minutes. The bun definitely doesn’t hold up to this burger. It was still good with a fork and knife.
The overall meal didn’t feel it should cost $30 for one person. I’ll Robert’s again in the future and maybe go with a more traditional burger.

Expansive menu. For vegans, they have an excellent Deluxe Veggie Wrap (ask for a vinaigrette dressing in lieu of mayonnaise).

A very nice interior. I can only say this because I’m an outsider, but I like it the best in Wisconsin. We ate through it quicker than I can take pictures. I actually don’t even like custard, but the vanilla was excellent! Reports that the root beer float was awesome. My mom tax of the Cherry smoothie was awesome.

Every time I come from Florida, I make it a priority to go to Robert’s whether it is for a burger or custard. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the burgers are outstanding. Love that they use ‘real’ jalapeno peppers and not the pickled ones. Says a lot about the place.
The panko onion rings are the best I have ever had. Done crispy and never have the oil taste behind. The burgers are big and meaty and the quality is outstanding, no nubbly pieces The only issue is the shakes are so thick, can’t get them through the straw.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Can’t believe how downhill this place has went within the last few years. Don’t go through the drive through if you don’t want to wait 45min-an hour to get your food. This has happened two times in a row now. Not to mention the girl working the window has no form of customer service skills whatsoever. Not worth your time going here. I have never written a review before but this was so disappointing I had to share. And a little extra note! It was almost 40.00 for two people. Which is absolutely insane. Save your money. And your time.

The grease on the burger was disgusting. Like the cooks scooped all the grease of grill and then on the bun. My bun was dripping. I had to take the bottom bun off. Also the ketchup in the pump wasn’t real ketchup. We dunked our fries in it and no ketchup stuck to the fries. The bathroom was clean. And the girl working the dining room was amazing. I have 2.2 million views on places I eat around Wisconsin and it was sooo greasy I will never stop again.

Super friendly service. Meal came out relatively quickly. I ordered the blt sandwich and it was huge! Well worth the price. Also ordered a junior turtle sundae and it was the perfect size. Th custard was delicious, the pecans tender, caramel and chocolate sauces were not over done. 100% recommend.

Robert’s custard may be tasty but I am absolutely grossed out because of a few things and I’m not certain I will be back:
1. ALL of their employees handles food/treats with their BARE HANDS. Some of their hands were fingernail dirty. They’re scratching their face, heads, touching money AND food. No gloves and NO SEGREGATION of duties.
2. I had a long gross hair strand in my ice cream and this almost made me vommit. No hair nets but all over food.
This is disgusting and cheap on the owners behalf. Too cheap to do it in a sanitary fashion. I live far so unfortunately I did not return for my refund.
I can’t continue to say how unsanitary this is and I am quite tempted to report this lack of quality control. I could say more, but my most two important concerns are listed.

This is a chunks place. I had the fish fry and for the price it is lacking. The “3 filets” were those manufactured “fish portions” in the yellow box at Wal-Mart. All three together wouldn’t equal 1 small cod filet. They were not fritters, so it could’ve been worse. But for $15, I expect more and couldn’t care less about a slice of bread or potatoes.

Food was great but the service is lacking. They didn’t put the correct sandwiches in the bag and missed my curds. I absolutely did NOT like the bag being stapled shut, it made checking the items difficult, and once i got home and saw the order was wrong it made me more frustrated that I couldn’t easily check the bag due to being stapled shut. Probably wont return for quite awhile and definitely wouldn’t spend as much as i did if i do
