I have been getting my same chipotle bowl order for the past 10 years, but today was my first time at this location. I placed an online order, opened the bowl at home, and was really surprised at what I saw. The guacamole, usually plopped on top in the middle, was just a tiny little scoop on one corner of the bowl. The fajita veggies were sprinkled on the very top of the bowl.. I maybe got 5 pieces of veggies. Very odd way to assemble the toppings.
Since I only got a tiny scoop of guacamole, I thought “thank goodness I got an extra side of guac!” I opened up the container and found an entire avocado pit. Very disappointing that I paid extra for it, and half of the container was taken up by the pit.

The two individuals who assisted me in placing the food together were extremely nice. The individual at the cash register, Jasmine, was very short and clipped in her responses. She didn’t offer a drink, chips, inquire if everything was okay, if I wanted to scan for my rewards, nothing. It was as if she had an attitude. I almost left my food on the counter and walked out.
This is the second Chipotle in the area where the service was subpar. It’s no point in complaining to a supervisor or contact customer service. If you’re able to speak with a representative, they don’t feel like being bothered either.
Maybe it’s not meant for me to visit any Chipotle locations. I should probably go visit Qdoba where the service could possibly be better.

I ordered a burrito, and everything was going well until we got to the fold. Sour cream and queso was everywhere, on top of him not knowing how to fold it. He then started laughing and saying “that’s a wet burrito you’re going to be eating.” Continues to change his gloves and half fold my burrito and shove it in the tin foil.
I work in the restaurant business and I understand messing up, but if you know you messed up don’t give it to the guest that ridiculous. After going back up there to ask if I can get it fixed he continues to look at me and say “I told you it was going to be wet” And then make me stand back line to get it fixed. Never retuning to this chipotle

The staff is amazing here. They actually want to make sure they feed you properly instead of being unavailable like other locations.
Love it! Go to Chipotle for us now!

We stopped in on 2pm on a Sunday. We used the restrooms and both ordered burritos in person (not via the app). The restrooms and dining room were filthy. The portions were very small. Employees looked and acted over it all. Touching money and screens, then touching food. One lady bumped another’s bare arm with a serving spoon and still put the spoon back into the food. This was the first time in a few years that we’d been to Chipotle, and decided we probably won’t be back anytime soon.
I lived in the neighborhood 6 years ago, and this used to be my favorite location. I am so sad to see the decline so fast in real-time.

I got food poison from here on 2/27/26. I’ve never left a review for someone before but I had to after this experience. They’re extremely sloppy and cross contaminate all the time. I’ve had to tell them once before to scoop meet out of the one vegan item sofritas. You would think it would be common knowledge if someone orders a vegan item they probably don’t want meat pieces all inside of it.

I’ve been to Chipotle many times, so I’m familiar with how bowls are typically prepared. During my visit, I watched staff touch the computer screen and checkout equipment, then immediately handle food for my bowl using the same gloves—without changing them. My bowls were made this way. This is a cross-contamination issue and really concerning from a food safety standpoint. I hope management addresses this with clearer glove-change and hygiene protocols moving forward.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like I should for this experience. This was my first time at this location and it’s going to be my last. I ordered my usual order but the portions they give you is pitiful. I understand the meat limitations but I was given scraps for the stuff that doesn’t cost extra (lettuce, cheese, etc). I had to ask for more cheese and the employee had a nasty attitude, I then asked for lettuce and I was given scraps (as seen in the picture). The cashier had an attitude too. If you’re considering this place, don’t go. I recommend the CAVA next door.

Went to chipotle on Hayes Bridge Road in Alpharetta Georgia today. Their website states: “Chipotle team members use classic culinary techniques and serve handcrafted entrées in abundance at an extraordinary value.” They are liars! Portions were very small, The team members could not get the order right and the restaurant looks dingy. $30 for a salad and a bowl and one iced tea. They were out of peppers at 11:45 am and said it’d be 15 minutes before they have more. They had no plastic knives set out, so I asked a team member for a knife and they said they’re out and don’t know when they will get more. I’ll never go back

They didn’t have any lettuce, cheese, or queso. And we only found out about it once we already got meat, rice, and beans, so there was no backing out. That was lowkey the saddest burrito I’ve ever had. It was so little, and if I was told that they were missing so much stuff I wouldn’t have gotten anything.
How come is that when I want a guacamole they charge me over 2.50, but when they miss a bunch of essential ingredients I still pay the same price?
Chicken was kinda mid too, some pieces were fine, some belonged in the trash
