Y’all really don’t know how to fold tortillas or make your food. No idea what you guys were trying to do here, especially when all 5 other grillers were folded fine, except these 2 that we ordered without beef. Not to mention there barely being any actual food inside the tortilla; all I got was basically tortilla. Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever frequented.

Not a bad fast food to hit in a hurry, but that’s the problem, it’s taken me nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru every time I’m there, if I’m there first in line. If your 4th or further behind, the wait can get quite unbearable. I’ve also experienced several occasions where I’ve gotten home and had to drive all the way back due to items missing from the bag. Never a problem getting the item once there, but, the rest of your food is either eaten or cold by the time you get your complete meal.

Great place to go if you want to be verbally abused by the manager! They messed up our order, severely. Missing items and one item made wrong. Ask them to fix it and the manager argues with me. I ask him to come over to our table to prove I’m not lying. He does, then says we must be hiding it. Bro, I make good money, I’m not stealing your $1.29 chips and cheese, I just wanna eat what we ordered. Says he’s been a manager for over three years and doesn’t make mistakes on orders. Meanwhile every single other customer in lobby has a messed up or late order. Watched at least half a dozen people get frustrated with service. This all happened 2 months ago, I’m just still mad about it. Taco Bell, I’d rather eat broccoli dipped in swamp water than spend another dollar in your restaurant.

Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but they frequently hire new people and the training can slow things down.
The food is good and all of the new items lately have been delicious. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

Employees were nice and welcoming. I ordered 2 tacos, they messed up my order. I asked for a remake and they messed that up to. Irritated, I took my original and just left. It was poorly made, all sauce on one side, all meat on the other. I do not recommend this location. For the prices of the food, you’d think the quality would be better, but I guess that’s the cost of convenience. I also did not get the sauce packets I requested.

The food here is generally pretty good and consistent. I’m wondering they are understaffed? The wait time in drive through has been much longer than what I would consider to be normal. It’s a first world problem, but I need to get back to work. So in my mind fast food needs to be fast. Just my humble opinion.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before showing up, got the confirmation on the app that the order was ready, confirmed my order at the register once I arrived and was told “it’ll be out in just a minute”, then sat down for over 30 minutes waiting for food that they weren’t even making.
I finally asked and was told “the order never made it to the back”. They then threw this monstrosity together, covered the box for the quesadilla in guacamole and crushed up the stale taco. The fries were cold and soggy when we got them too.
Was initially denied a refund by the manager until I spoke with the GM. I get that it’s Taco Bell but y’all need to get it together. This was $30 without drinks!!

I have to give recognition when its needed. I haven’t liked the canon city sight for a while because my food was horrible everytime I went. but tonight it was far from horrible. the night crew did an amazing job with my order. me and my husband were quite surprised. you guys were on point and had amazing customer service. I ordered two Luxe boxes online to pick up in the dining area as soon as possible. I arrive and they announce my order, so I think OK whatever, at least it’ll be fresh. I’m outside in the lobby for 15 minutes. There were only 1 vehicle in the drive-through when I arrived. They served multiple different cars and I noticed there were two boxes at the window by the drive-through and I asked the cashier, “hey could you check on my order? It’s been 15 minutes and there was 1 car when I arrived and there was nobody in the lobby.” Turns out my two boxes were the ones waiting at the drive-through the whole time. This Taco Bell always messes up orders and there’s no communication with cashiers and cooks. I love Taco Bell, but I’m to the point where I don’t even want to go there anymore due to situations like this. Would not recommend.

Taco Bell cooperate needs to get involved with this location and close it down. If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would and I’m sure the entire town would give zero stars as well.
The people who work here have the INSIDE DINE IN AREA CLOSED 24/7!!!!!! They aren’t interested. This makes people wait up to an hour in the drive thru.
