I was looking forward to eating here however when we got to the table the excitement changed. When asked about recommendations for white wine the server said I don’t know I don’t drink. Instead of recommending some options when asked about the white wine selections since it was not on the menu. We felt rushed when it came time to order and the way he spoke to us was very unprofessional. Did not feel welcomed by the way we were treated by the server. Lack of customer service is how you lose business. Decided to leave and not eat here. Atmosphere seemed ok but the customer service was zero stars.

Noble Japanese Steakhouse is absolutely worth checking out if you like good food and a fun dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the place feels welcoming and lively without being overwhelming. The hibachi-style cooking is a big highlight-watching the chefs cook right in front of you is entertaining, and they clearly know what they’re doing. The food comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor every time.
The steak is tender and cooked exactly how you ask, the chicken is juicy, and the shrimp is perfectly seasoned. The fried rice is a standout- savory, buttery, and made even better with the sauces they use on the grill. Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. You won’t leave hungry Service is another strong point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and patient, even when the restaurant is busy. They make sure drinks are refilled and everyone is enjoying themselves. It’s a great spot for birthdays, family dinners, or just a night out with friends.
Overall, Noble Japanese Steakhouse delivers great food, solid service, and an entertaining atmosphere. If you enjoy hibachi or Japanese steakhouse-style meals, this place is a must-try

Excellent family place, we loved the service, and the way the chef treated us, we all ordered havachi! in different ways!shrimp chicken salmon, all very delicious and above all with excellent flavor. We loved the high quality.
We were a group of 11, we called with a reservation within 30 minutes. Before, as soon as we arrived, they took care of us and gave us an excellent welcome since they didn’t make us wait for anything.I recommend not arriving too late as it seems to get very busy.

If I could, I would give them a 4.5 out of
5, server was really good. Got us a table with no waiting time then immediately ask us for our drinks. Not too long after, she asked us for our food and I got the chicken and steak combo. The food was really great. It tasted really good. Rice was savory and salty. Highly recommend chicken tasted great. The steak was perfect. Atmosphere was great people moderately talking you could hear each other very good atmosphere no trash on the floor or tables. Price was $21 for the chicken and steak combo it had fried rice, noodles, chicken, steak, and vegetables. I highly recommend this place especially for birthdays for hibachi. I give this place a 9.5 out of 10 or a 4.5 of five.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience that stands out from the rest.
The establishment is impeccably clean, setting a welcoming tone as soon as you step inside.
The service is nothing short of stellar, with servers who are not only attentive but also exude friendliness, making every guest feel valued.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Hibachi, which was not only delectable but also a source of entertainment, providing a delightful and interactive experience.
Complementing the meal were the expertly crafted drinks, adding a flavorful touch to the dining experience.
The presence of the manager, who actively checked in on guests, added a refreshing and personal touch, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was up to par.
Overall, this restaurant is a gem for those seeking delicious food, outstanding service, and a memorable night out.

I’m sitting eating my food writing this review because it’s just that amazing. Not only was Allen amazing and greeted us with kindness and happiness and smiles, but the entire staff from the waitresses to the sushi bar chefs, to behind the line…. my partner also tried a bit of warm sake, which was a new experience, and it was really tasty and delicious. The dishes are well portioned and eye appealing, as well as very tasty!!!!!! Everything about Noble is amazing and I’d definitely come back again and again, probably my 10th time coming here since I’ve moved to Southington! Thank you for being an amazing restaurant to be able to enjoy with friends and family. 1000000/10 review 🙂

We decided to take my wife for her birthday on the 5th June recently, choose Nobel Japanese Steak house. It was a big disappointing to us and my wife on her birthday.First of all the greeting walking in was cold and not generous. We decided to follow hsot to seat way back of restaurant.
We ordered as per photo. We got a soup that was basically watertight a slice mushroom in it.A salad that was missing salad. Then came the main dish.We had 3 spoonfuls and the sodium contents in the meats.sauces.rice and noodles was really high.We could not consume the dish.we ask for it to take away. Now came to bill.3 dishes at 35dlrs.But the tip of 18% and already there was utterly ridiculous. The atmosphere was dull and dismal. The waitress was fast and did her job. While a man looked over her actions. We just wanted to leave there asap.We took the foods home apologized to my wife over and over. The food was thrown into garbage all $105.00 of it.We lost a lot of money that day.So to the owner.you need more coutesy.warmth.customer oriented training and well.Your food was sodium poisoned. We had HBP when got home and to lower our BP with just 3 spoonfuls?!
One place we will not visit again.Am sure you can do better. Please lessen your sodium.I disappointed my wife birthday that day.

Very terrible service. The skinny girl at the front acts like she needs attention. I don’t blame the degenerate workers but poor management. I’ve seen people come in and out of this place and always have an unpleasant look on their face. Unfortunately any Asian restaurant in Southington follows the same standards that’s why there isn’t much.

Went there with my family as a recommended good hibachi place for a birthday dinner in February and had a great experience. However my family and I went back tonight for another birthday dinner and it was the worst hibachi experience I have ever had. First I’ll say that I’ve been going to various hibachi restaurants in and outside of CT for over 20 years and I’ve never experienced what I did tonight. We were a party of 5 sitting with a couple and their young child and baby. I was seated directly in front of the chef, perfect spot, right? Not this time! Apparently the ventilation system wasn’t working so all the smoke and steam came right at my face the entire time. We tried to shirt down a bit but there’s really only so far you can go before someone is sitting behind the chef so I still had to deal with this throughout the entire show and then the few minutes of him cleaning the grill afterwards. I literally had to take a shower when I got home to get rid of the smell! Another thing when he sprayed the oil or whatever to do the first fire display the spray had gone on the table in front of me and around my glasses so it caught fire. Had I been sitting up at the table I likely would’ve gotten burned. Or something like a paper napkin could’ve caught fire. When i mentioned the issue with the smoke initially to the server she just said she would bring it up with the owner. Not one person tried to even fix the issue! The last thing that annoyed me is the lack of customer service in that if i were the owner and a customer experienced something like this, I would at least comp her meal. I did ask for some kind of compensation and all I was offered was either a $10 gift card or $10 off the meal! First that was the cost of my half glass of wine and second not even half of my meal. Another issue I had was an odd smell coming off the grill. It smelled like burnt cleaning product whenever he would put fresh oil on it and it was extremely off putting. And being right in my face because the smoke went in my direction every time didn’t help! Again not anything I’ve ever experienced at other hibachi restaurants. My final comment is the main meal was great, but the chicken yakitori appetizer was very dry. Needless to say my family will not be eating there again. And I would be careful because that is some careless and dangerous stuff that happened to me and they likely won’t change anything.

Wish I could tell you about the food but after making a reservation on new years we were turned away and told the “dishwasher broke”. No notice or attempt to contact before rounding up everyone and driving 30 minutes. The reservation was made at 11am for 630pm. After entering the restaurant that seamed to be over loaded with take out orders, a young women who looked to be in her early teens was tasked with telling everyone who had a reservation they would no longer be honoring said reservation. Poor kid looked like she wanted to run and hide. In MY OPINION this looked more like prioritizing take out orders than honoring pre booked reservations. Luckily we were able to find another restaurant on a very crowded new years eve. Thanks to Koshi Sushi and grill for taking us and saving the day!
