I got the BBQ brisket sandwich. You can get it dry or juicy. I got it dry and it was so delicious! The sides of green beans, cheese mashed potatoes, and baked beans were all perfectly good! Only thing I would say is the baked beans were a little too tangy for me, too much of their signature bbq sauce.

On the Smokehouse Signatures side, you’ll find smoky ribs (available by the bone or rack), half-smoked chicken, North Atlantic salmon, and a smoked cheeseburger. Complement your meal with scratch-made sides like Maggie’s Mac‑n‑Cheese, baked beans with brisket, green beans & bacon, slaw, fresh-cut fries, cornbread, and seasonal specials. My first time going to the restaurant – I had some pulled pork before at my Granddaughter’s wedding reception and it was delicious! I was in Stafford and saw there was one, and couldn’t wait to try a full meal! I ended up going back the next day as well!

Absolutely the best experience here. I was traveling through and decided to stop here while getting something from Harbor Freight. I walked in and was greeted by a female manager who was the greatest. I mentioned that I use to eat there alot in the past but not anymore since I developed pre-diabetes. She transformed into Manager-mom mode lol and recommended the roasted half chicken and a salad. Absolutely delicious. There’s something uniquely special about this restaurant chain that sets them apart from the rest.

We came In around 7 PM and were wonderfully greeted by staff the food was very fresh and tasty. An employee named Zack came over to check on us. Make sure we had everything we needed. Brought the kids stickers and treats and was very kind. 10/10 experience much better than we have been treated at some larger restaurants.

Mission BBQ was a hit for our family dinner on Friday evening! The establishment was incredibly welcoming, with the cashier patiently helping us as we placed our order. Everything on the menu looked so tempting, it was hard to decide. So, we opted for the sampler, which allowed us to enjoy a variety of meats, including ribs, brisket, sausage, and pulled chicken. For sides, we selected macaroni and cheese, string beans, potato salad, and fries. Each combo also came with a warm, square-sized piece of cornbread that was absolutely delicious!
Since it was my first visit, I was treated to a complimentary strawberry shortcake. So, be sure to mention it’s your first time there—you might just be in for a sweet surprise on the house.
