Don’t waste your time and money. Just go somewhere else. Went here with my husband we both ordered the double smash burger with a large onion ring and an Oreo cheesecake shake and got a grilled cheese for our son. The shakes were so thick I had to use the straw like a spoon and neither had a cherry. The onion rings were super sweet, and almost like someone mixed up salt with sugar in the batter. I ordered my burger with no pickles, no onions, and no tomatoes. After waiting probably 20 minutes and having to correct the woman taking the order four times on my burger alone, it came out with nothing but cheese and smash sauce. Sent it back and waited at least another 10 minutes only for it to come back without mayonnaise and with onions. Had to ask for ketchup twice because the server walked away and either didn’t hear me (which I doubt because he was still close and I’m not at all soft spoken) or ignored me. The bread of my son’s grilled cheese was rubbery and floppy and the sandwich its self had no taste at all. Didn’t even taste like cheese or anything, just completely bland. This entire experience also caused us to be so behind schedule that we missed evening church service all together all because I wanted onion rings with my meal. I wish we would have gone to Burger King.

Probably would rate it less but the food was decent this time. My biggest issue was the long long long wait we had! Was there for lunch break and took most of out break just ro get our food. All the while watching the drive thru lane speed on through. I gave more stars becuz they did apologize and gave us some free milkshakes.

The oreo cheesecake shake was delicious. The drive thru is very small though. Be careful not to hit a curb like I did for the first time ever.
Edit 5/15/23: picked up a Snickers Blast and a Cookie Dough Blast yesterday evening. Both were good, but neither had the sauce. The Snickers was supposed to have caramel syrup and the cookie dough another type of syrup. They were just vanilla ice cream with the Snickers/cookie dough chunks mixed in. Because of this, food rating is only 4 stars.

I come here somewhat often to get sonic blasts and stuff for the family. While the food has always been decent, the customer service has gotten significantly worse. This location has some of the rudest workers I have ever encountered. I always say hi and thank them for their service, only to receive cold, blank stares before shutting the drive-thru window in my face.

Don’t go here if you actually want to receive the order you’ve paid for. Spent more than 15 minutes waiting on 1 drink ordered and paid for through the app, checked into a stall via the app then waited 10 minutes before checking in again through the speaker. After another 5-8 minutes of waiting and not getting my 1 drink I requested the order be cancelled and refunded. I was the only vehicle parked on that side with maybe 3 others in the drive thru. No employee or manager even attempted to correct the problem by offering to make and bring the 1 drink that was already paid for. It’s 100 percent them being too lazy, including management.

Most the stalls are broken, and I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order at a stall only to go through the drive through just to find out it was ready and made they just forgot to bring it out. It wasn’t busy. At all.

Just stopped by after mobile ordering and my pretzel twist was literally burnt to a crisp and completely inedible which I didn’t know was even possible.. also forgot every single sauce I ordered after paying extra for some of them

This place has a modern feel mixed with a retro feel of the old school burger joints that we remembered when we were Young the food is pretty decent and the milkshakes are always delicious… The only disappointment that I have is the way to burgers look sometimes when I get them… They really need to do something about having better-looking hamburger buns but it doesn’t take away from the flavor of a Sonic burger.

We placed our order for 2 people at curbside, waited @ 20 min during which we noticed we hadn’t seen any staff delivering orders to any other vehicles, btw there were only 6-7 other vehicles. We pushed the button to request about our order, the person was rude and our order was apparently overlooked. A staff came out as we were leaving, stating the manager said we could have our order free of charge but we declined due to time constraint.

First off the Morning Crew is the best! The Night Crew, NO. My chicken sandwich didn’t come with the swiss cheese, the bacon was SUPER BURNT and the sandwich/wrapper was covered in grease. Absolutely disgusting My husband ordered a burger with no cheese and it was covered in cheese.
