I was hoping after the re-open this place would’ve been a bit better. But it lacked, and the prices have gone up a bit. The service was slow, and then FAMILIES BEWARE because they had Saturday Night Live on several TVs and it was SO inappropriate. Like, strippers. Granted when we told the manager she did change the channel. I would’ve been mortified if I had had my kids there.
The sticky finger quesadilla is always a hit, but the burger was dry and flavorless, and the fries were mushy.
The free asphalt pie for a birthday is definitely considerate, but overall, I’m really not sure we’ll be back.

My husband and I ate here on a busy Friday evening. The service was uh, ok. Our waitress didn’t seem to be the customer service type. She was a little friendly but didn’t go out of her way to refill our water, ask if we needed anything else or see how the food was.

We ordered wings as an appetizer. They were good. My husband ordered the salmon sandwich for dinner. He LOVED it. I ordered the Sticky Finger salad. I was HUGELY disappointed. Irritated, actually. I’ve had the salad before- at a Winger’s in another city here in Northern Utah. On that salad, there was so much more chicken! This salad had hardly any chicken. I won’t be ordering that ever again- at least not if we come back to this Winger’s.

My husband and I both used the bathrooms. They were very clean and well maintained.

We had takeout yesterday from Wingers (Kaysville location) and it was extremely disappointing. For $12.50 My father’s wing dinner misfilled as a finger dinner instead and had only 4 very sorry looking fingers. Another $12.50 I got a finger dinner and mine only had 4 half-sized fingers that were so old, it felt like I was chewing rubber.

Funny thing on the price there: Checking their website and the menu says that just a single order alone of wings or fingers (for a count of FIVE of them) only cost $7.50! We even called them and were informed that a “wing dinner” only comes with 4????

Let’s math this out.
If just wings cost $7.50 for 5, then that makes them $1.50 each.
Since we got 4 in a meal for $12.50, that means they only took up $6 of that amount.
You are apparently telling me that, the “fries and slaw” (or a sorry blob of mashed potatoes in my case) amount to $6.5? Really? What a ripoff.

If this is a corporate policy then HOLY COW. What terrible service. If this is a franchise location policy, then this location needs a new owner and/or management. I can get LOADED mashed potatoes at Texas Roadhouse for $3.50. LESS THAN HALF THE COST. Same thing for fries. It’s a potato. You’ve got to be kidding on those kinds of prices. And slaw? What slaw? Not a single person got slaw. Maybe that would have evened out the price a little, but it wasn’t even a factor.

My mother ordered some sort of pork/mango tacos and they had MAYBE some mango juice in it. She couldn’t even be sure because it barely had a hint of the flavor. Not even a single chunk of mango. When we called back about the disappointing food, she was told it was in the slaw in the tacos. HA, again, what slaw?

The only one who got what they ordered and their money’s worth was my husband who got a burger. Maybe they should join the IHOB train because they’re seriously lacking in service for the company’s namesake.

I hear Buffalo Wild Wings actually cares about quality and service. Guess we are changing who we get wings from.

$50ish bucks down the drain, and only one person fed well. 25% is a failing grade anywhere.

I am updating my review back to 5 stats. My family and I went tonight and we really enjoyed the food and service!!!! The service was brief and friendly and the food as always was excellent. We’ll be back soon!!

5 stars. Everything else 2 stars. For some reason this place just can’t get it together. The food was great. It usually is. But we were there for probably an hour and 15 minutes. Were told the stick finger dinner had 5 pieces they both came out with 4. We ordered the stick fingers off of the special menu thinking they would be 11.50 it was 13.50 each. We asked for napkins 6 times. I know so much of this seems trivial but it all stars to add up unfortunately. Like I said… The food it really good…. Everything else…. Probably not worth it.

Service was great!
Food was not up to Wingers standards though… my sticky finger dinner was plain chicken breast coated in the sauce and I got 1 piece of celery and 2 baby carrots with it. The fries were great though

I got the sticky fingers Mac n cheese. The sticky fingers are delicious with the original amazing sauce. Get an extra side of sauce to drizzle a little over the mac becauseThe Mac and cheese itself is just ok. It is lacking flavor. The little toasted breads with cheese were pretty good. The cheese was fried to perfection. I would order this again in the future.

We ordered a 12 pierce wings to go. They were over 10 minutes late from the time it said the order would be ready. We also order and paid fir extra blue cheese which wasn’t in our bag and they gave us the wrong wings to top that off.?

We went for lunch. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were quickly seated and then even more quickly forgotten. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter, but he never showed so we eventually decided to leave. It is crazy that a business can have two individuals sitting inside their establishment, eager and willing to spend money, and then just ignore them. Then, when they go to leave, not try to stop them. How does a business with that culture stay open? Luckily, Sills was more than willing to accept our business.

Sure, it tastes fine. But when you charge 13 bucks for 8 chicken fingers they better be bigger than 2 inches long. And yes. This is counted in the 8. Not to mention it took about 15 minutes longer than the expected pickup time. As usual, slow poor service. Go to sticky bird in Farmington instead.

I love this food. I used to get the drunken pork tacos, but I don’t remember seeing them on the menu recently. Never order 3 tacos; it’s way too much food. My new love is their original claim to fame: sticky fingers. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. The original sauce is wicked tasty. I liked the thai chili when I first had it, but it seems to have changed. When I first tried it, it was like a sweet chili sauce flavor, but last night, it was more like a thai peanut sauce. Sadly not as delicious.
