Unfortunately our server did not know we were his table. Waited while others around us were served. Had to ask for water utensils and napkins. Never checked on us while we ate. Ended up having to ask someone else for the bill. They were not very busy. Maybe a new server. Very disappointed in service. Not just 1 issue. Poor service the entire visit. Oh and was seated at a DIRTY table. Had to ask host to clean.

We usually eat at the Applebee’s in Clarion. I always get the 8 oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I have NEVER had a bad meal in Clarion. At this Applebee’s, they were out of broccoli. My choices to substitute were another potato choice with my mashed potatoes (who eats 2 potato sides?) or green beans, or coleslaw. I chose coleslaw. It arrived in a tiny cup, definitely not equivalent to the broccoli I should have received. I ordered my steak “medium”. It did not have any pink in it, at all, and it was almost rubbery. The taste of it was good, but very hard to chew. My mashed potatoes were lukewarm. I wanted to add some butter to them but I could not catch the server’s eye and I didn’t want to wait any longer until my steak got cold. So, I only ate about two or three bites of my potatoes. My husband finished my steak because I couldn’t chew it. It was a very disappointing dinner out, for me.

We were having a late lunch (3pm) and were seated promptly as the place was pretty empty. We were met by our waitress, “Jennifer” who was very nice. I ordered the Bourbon chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes ($14.99) with a tea ($3.29) and my wife ordered the Quesadilla chicken salad ($15.49). The food was good but not great. My main complaint was that our waitress never checked on us after our food was delivered and my $3.29 tea ran dry during my meal. Towards the end of my meal, she did come over and ask if I wanted another tea. I’ve never been a waitress but I’m pretty sure paying attention to your customers drink is a “top of the list” item.

We have eaten at Applebee’s plenty of times and in different towns. This was the worst meal we ever had. Our meat was burnt on the sandwich along with the bun.
Our waitress, Emily, took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks, she may have been new, if so she needs more customer service training and she only came to to the table once to see how things were, well they were terrible. We told and and she went to get the manager, she had just came on shift and comped our meal, which was nice of her, it will be a long time before we eat at the Warren restaurant.

Just ok. Service good and polite. Specials are ok. Wasn’t a fan of what I got. Got a sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. The coleslaw was overwhelming. Sauce was ok. The chicken was chewy and just fl didn’t taste right. Fry’s are what you expect

The waitress steals your change if you pay cash. The food is ok but my problem with this place is a waitress steals your change. On a $78 bill when the waitress was given a $50 and 2-$20’s which is $90 she only returns with $2 in change and made some comment about not having $.85, while stealing $10. Which would have been part of her $15 tip but because she stole $10 from me, we left no additional tip on the table. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Enjoy the $10.85 you stole.

Food is good but alcoholic drinks are ripoff. Every time I get a margarita it is full of ice. I asked for no ice once and they put the drink in a tiny glass.
