The food was good and fresh but I found it very weird how one of the employees took time out one there shift to sit and look inside my car to see if my face is familiar, mind the guy doesn’t know me or who was in the car with me. I found it very suspicious and weird. He looked at me like we knew each other and another guy ran outside near the car to get a closer look at me. I don’t know what y’all have going on but please do better with service, I have a boyfriend I’m not looking for a man outside of my relationship if he thought that’s what I was going for.

When you walked in restaurant, you feel bad smell inside.
I went to restroom for wash my hands. There’s no soap.
I ordered it combo!
Chicken nuggets are cold
Fries cold
Burgers cold
Even I ordered hot coffee was cold!
What kind of management over here but they need to change whole team!

Yall do know the packaging system is already designed to give us minimal of whatever it is we purchase already…I paid for a large fry and looks like I received a medium/ small…. and what tops it off is that it was the manager lady with the white shirt who made and gave me my order….shame on you..

I’m a not from around but been around enough to become accustomed to bad service but this place will treat you differently soooo be advised, also ,I’ve never had a problem in a chick fila no matter where. Loud music and non existing customer service are in welcoming, ordered large fries and a 4 piece nugget, nothing wrong nuggets but fries I’ll add a pic and you be the judge.

This is not my first time stopping at this McDonald when I travel. I actually liked their business and their food was always hot.
Today I decided to stop there per usual and the young lady had an attitude on the intercom and all our food was burnt. The chicken sandwich didn’t even taste like chicken, more like old meat. Very unfortunate I have to write this review but it has to be stated .

The restaurant looked newly remodeled and customer service was excellent. Only problem was the floor. Seemed to be very slick not sure what was on it. Over all it was a great visit for me and my 5 year old. There was not a playground but had two places for kids tp enjoy playing games on a monitor which my daughter loved.

WORST MCDONALDS!! Nasty smell as you walk in, greasy floors, bathrooms very dirty. Food took around 25 minutes fries, burgers and sandwiches were cold. No ice on soda machines and only one machine working. Awful customer service.

the food was suspicious so i went to go use the restroom where i finally found a burger made perfect for me. the burger pictured smelled somewhat like a hairy outlet that had been caught on fire but i was just so hungry from the bad service. 10/10 to the bathroom in specific. everything else was just awful.

Went to the zoo boo and Showed up an hour before close and was treated with more kindness and respect than I’ve ever been in a mcdonalds lobby was spotless they treated my kids like their own idk who the manager is but the night shift crew were a 10/10 absolutely incredible people the whole lot of them

Excellent management! I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal and dropped it accidentally onto the floor..The manager KJ was quick to make me another one free of charge. It’s this kind of service that just impresses me big time! Thank you KJ for being an excellent manager! That’s how it’s done!
