We had so much fun!!! Eddie was a server extraordinaire and left us in stitches. He was extremely personable, gave us amazing recommendations and was an all around pleasure. Chris and Garcia rounded the whole experience into an unforgettable evening. And did I mention the food was AMAZING!!! We had the Tsunami Roll, Lobster Ragoons (both recommended by Eddie), Crunchy Shrimp Roll and the McGuire Cheesecake. Another recommendation by Eddie was the drink that is pictured (Dragon Punch) and you get to keep the jar!!! 5 Stars isn’t enough to truly emphasize the experience.

I had a very disappointing experience here.
First thing I noticed: the laminated menu was dirty, with obvious greasy, oily fingerprints and stains. If a restaurant can’t wipe a menu before handing it to a guest, that already says a lot about the standards.
My server, Nate, was not friendly. His attitude was sharp and impatient. When I asked if they had anything cool and non-alcoholic, he acted confused and then started listing chilled alcoholic drinks. If there are no interesting non-alcoholic options, just say so — don’t pretend Pepsi is something special.
The lemon slices they brought for my drink were inconsistent — some fresh, some mushy and over-frozen, like they were thawed too many times. Not appealing at all.
The restroom situation is ridiculous. The big bold lettering is confusing: the women’s restroom has “MEN” written in the largest font, and you have to rely on small text or arrows to figure it out. Going to the bathroom should not be a puzzle or a maze. You shouldn’t have to “go on a journey” just to pee and get back to your table.
Overall, I did not enjoy my visit. Between the dirty menu, the sloppy details, the confusing restroom signs, and the sharp attitude from Nate (the server with the ponytail), the whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t return.

I wanted some sushi and got some of the best here. Great service, drinks, creatively-different and absolutely delicious sushi options. We ordered the specials of the day, sorry, I don’t remember the names, hopefully my pics will help. Oh, and my birthday dessert was amazing with some delicious purple (my fav color) sauce! Cute spot too!!!

Chris Hoffman and Eddie were awesome. We grabbed our chairs and before we could even sit down they made sure to greet us and offer us drinks. We looked at the menu, were confused, Hoffman ordered for us and it was INCREDIBLE. This is probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back.

We had a really fun time with Eddie! He was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us decide what to get. Food was off the charts!!! Highly recomend the chicken bento box. Eddie pointed it out to us and for $15 its actually A LOT of food. If you are looking for sake, get the aladdin sake. It comes with a super cool glass thats great for flowers or decoration. Will be returning

McGuire’s Sushi is amazing!!! We’ve been coming here since it opened years ago. It is the freshest sushi in Destin! I know it sounds weird for an Irish restaurant to serve sushi but just like everything else McGuire’s does, it’s on point and top of the line, highly recommended! My husband and I wanted to try something new so we went here one Friday night. The food and the service were AMAZING! I had the Wagyu Strip Steak and he had the Red Dragon Roll and Nigiri. The garlic herb butter that topped the steak made the cut-it-with-your-fork tender and gave the best flavor. My husband said the sushi was some of the best he has ever had and the eel sauce was amazing. We had Lobster Truffle Rangoon as an appetizer, which was also delicious. We won’t hesitate to go back. A little pricey, but worth it. The atmosphere was quiet and, while there was music playing, it was soft enough that you could have actual dinner conversation. Would be an ideal first date or celebratory dinner spot. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The Sushi was Great and the Service was Excellent! Our Bartender was very knowledgeable on the menu / Sushi options and walked us through it. I had the Yellow Fin Tuna Sashimi followed with a Destin Roll. My buddy had the Salmon Sashimi followed with a California Roll. All of it was Great, Especially the Service! Outstanding!!
