Had a bit of an issue with an online order, called back and spoke to Ms. Alston(I hope I am getting her name right), and she politely and quickly took care of correcting the issue. Everyone I talked with during the pick up inside the store was very courteous. Things happen, and this was dealt with very professionally and I greatly appreciate it and so will my employees for the birthday lunch meal we have planned for today.

I was informed on Christmas Eve afternoon at 1:59 this restaurant closes at 2:00. This wonderful cashier took my order leaving my son (with a Christmas present) happier and with an order of fries. Thank you for excellent last minute service. I am very pleased with this moment of willingness.

They made me wait and still got the order wrong even when the ticket said exactly what I asked for. Called the place when I got home and said what if my child was allergic to the seasoning. They apologized, but they had me wait 8minutes when they they could’ve got it right then!!!! Very disappointing and disrespectful.

The place is kept nice & clean, inside and the outside is very neat.When the drive thru gets crowded, employees go outside to take your orders,making sure the line keeps moving swiftly. Asked for a 2 piece dark. After waiting for a little while, about 10 mins I’m the drive thru, finally got my food. The young lady that took my money was the only reason they got three stars. My two piece looked like a drummette and a thigh.

I went to the wake forest location today around 12:39 pm and I ordered a 8 piece chicken dinner left and mind you I stay a hour away. I also paid with a card. Left there went home getting ready to eat and cut a piece of the chicken in half and it was bloody. Called and talk to the manager Rachel she was very rude unprofessional didn’t care if I left a review or called corporate ask for a refund and she said that I had to drive back up there with a receipt but here is the bloody chicken
