I am concerned about the recent experience at this establishment, as it appears there has been a decline in service quality. The meal I received was excessively greasy, and upon contacting the establishment, I was asked to provide photographic evidence and await a response. Although a replacement was eventually provided, it was identical to the original, and no apology or explanation was offered. This incident unfortunately led to my wife experiencing illness due to the high grease content. Given the recent lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude, I can no longer recommend this establishment. I would highly recommend Tink A Taco on Tezel Rd for better a Mexican Food Experience.

Fajita Express Mexican Grill – DO NOT GO!
This was the worst food and customer service experience I have ever had, and it says a lot that the owner himself handled it this way. I went back after a previous mediocre experience because it was close and cheap — huge mistake. The barbacoa was slimy, disgusting, and completely inedible. The cheese fries with bacon were dangerous; the bacon pieces were rock hard — I could have damaged a tooth. I even offered to have the food remade, which would’ve been an easy fix, but instead I was ignored entirely.
The owner initially asked me to email photos for a refund… and then never responded. After that, I discovered that my phone number was blocked on their website, so I couldn’t place an order, yet if I used someone else’s number it worked fine. I paid cash, so I have no way to dispute it, and I ended up throwing away about $30 worth of inedible food.
Honestly, the fact that the owner himself handled this situation so poorly — ignoring me, blocking me, and refusing a refund — is shocking and sickening. Customer service does not exist here. Save your money, your time, and your sanity: go anywhere else. Never again.

Food was good up until I had plastic mixed in my beans. A manager wasn’t present at the time to speak with, but the employee did apologized an offered to come back to get food replaced. Advised wasn’t interested in getting another plate, can’t trust a place after I had this mixed in my food. Just glad a child wasn’t eating it. They could have chocked. Won’t be returning to eat here again. Employees are super respectful an nice but not interested

One of the absolute best little hole in the wall home cooking Mexican restaurants. I have ever had the pleasure of finding and going to regularly and they always have amazing offers on Uber eats. Also, recently I had placed an order and forgot to do my regular customization to my plate and by the time I had remembered and was able to call, they had already completed making my order and still were 100% willing and happily redid things so that I would have my customizations that I normally do to my absolutely amazing enchilada plate. That is one of my absolute favorite enchiladas in town. The sauce they use is perfectly flavored and spiced for my very gringo taste buds LOL. If things are too spicy I cannot handle them anymore unfortunately. I don’t know why that is but they have the best most flavorful yet. Non-spicy enchilada sauce in town in my opinion. Also their tortillas are always amazing. The food is always hot, fresh, wonderful portions, even without the offers or deals on Uber eats. One of my favorite places to eat in town over and over again and I never get tired of their food. They’re wonderful customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond for every single one of their customers just like their family. I always feel that I have made the right decision with the food and where I have decided to spend my money. Remember support local business is y’all and these guys are just one of The shining stars that hopefully will not stay hidden and hopefully is not hidden from most people. They are epic individuals and will go above and beyond to make the customer feel like they are the most important part of their business. Thank you all so much for being the wonderful people y’all are and catering to this very forgetful faithful customer!!!

Went today and was really disappointed the barbacoa was pretty bad , nothing but fat and it’s just like shredded beef . Not real barbacoa . And the bean and cheese tacos are mainly bean . Sucks because I really liked this spot

We’ve given this place a few chances. First time, beans were good, tortillas were fresh. Every time since the beans were over salted or undercooked. Today they were super salty. The chicharrones were under seasoned. Just bad all the way around on flavor. Tortillas are the best thing they have going. They left a taco off the order, too. Yeah…We’re done.

Reasonably priced fajitas that are great for feeding a large family. The woman at the front was friendly and answered all our questions. We ordered the beef and chicken family pack with extra tortillas and it was more than enough for our family of five. The quality is between Taco Cabana and Las Palapas.

We love Fajita express! The food is always fresh, the tea is sweet, and the avocado salsa is the best I’ve had in town. The morning crew is friendly and personable. MY GO TO spot my mexican food.

My family and I go there on a regular basis, my 3 year old grandson loves the bean and cheese tacos but today after taking a bite he said grandma what is this…..I was shocked and so glad he didn’t swallow it!!!! It is hard plastic and almost an inch long!
I called and they offered free taco but I think more needs to be done. We love the girls there but sorry to say we will not be returning.
