I don’t usually write reviews about fast food , but today I was honestly shocked . I walked into McDonald’s and the customer service was AMAZING . Super clean , super friendly , and just a really good vibe .

Didn’t expect that at all ♂️. It actually felt like I was in a proper restaurant ️, not just grabbing a quick bite. The staff were so respectful and kind —you could tell they care .

Ordered a drive thru order and got very cold food .. we couldn’t get a replacement because they closed already. The fries were definitely refried and left for a while and the sauce was so messy on our burgers that we couldn’t eat without sauce getting everywhere. Very horrible service.

Not even a fast food place have to wait 30 mins in drive through for a couple sandwiches (not the first time they never have their prep done), dont go on any lunch breaks or if you want something quick you’ll waste your whole time waiting and don’t get a chance to eat, burger place across gets stuff out in a timely manner and taste a lot better.

Drive thru speaker muffled when McDonald’s employee was taking order.My order was missing contents for the oatmeal bowl I ordered and no napkins,utensils. Small mistakes like this are unnecessary. Someone clearly wasn’t doing there job properly.

Some of us older generation don’t understand the screen. Touch ordering process makes it very difficult. When you go to the counter lack of service, you still have millions of older generation that don’t understand that new technology

Well I’ve been going to McDonald’s for a while it’s a good place but they kind of forget about you you can be standing up for your order for at least 15 minutes before they decide to ask you what are you waiting for they need to speed up the process of giving people their food inside training facility good for kids their timing is very slow they pick that up and might be a better place

I ordered and paid from a kiosk for the first ti.e. it was a different experience. They were busy and I had to wait more than 5 minutes, but the food was fresh and good.
